Terrible service. Very dirty everywhere. First it was in a remote area.. There is a gate at the entrance of the property you have to call for them to come out to open the gate. There is a sign saying no honking just call the number but they did not pick up the phone for a long time. There should a bell or something.

The whole property was very dated and badly maintained. Dirty everywhere. All chairs and tables in restaurant and room are covered with black dirt and dust. When open toilet cover, the seat was wet, they'didnt dry. Pillow covers and towels do not appear clean.

Service is bad. We arrived hungry after 6 hours drive around 7:30pm, the staff said restaurant closes at 7pm that is ridiculous. Why bother having a restaurant??

Understaffed and Staff is miserable. Breakfast time is 7am to 11am. We waited 45 minutes for the restaurant to open at 7:45 and another 45 minutes to have simple breakfast served. Flies tasted our breakfast before us

Pros:

Very friendly staff.... good people. It's a little umderstaffed...but with the price point I think that's what they have to do. Nice pool. Not too big, but good enough to cool off.

Cons:

Not many amenities. Restaurant hours are not great. No food from the restaurant available after 6.

An oasis in nature …
Pros:

The hotel is located in the countryside with lots of nature but very close to town. It was amazing to hear all the different birds and even some monkeys. We even got to witness a wedding in the neighbouring property. The staff were all so friendly and helpful 😊 A big thank you to Lorna for an amazing experience 🙏 We certainly intend to come back.

Lovely hotel - recommend that you stay here.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Great room, great pool, lovely surroundings.
We stayed there after visiting the botanical gardens. There is a walk up past the gardens you can do to see a great view of Cartagena in the distance.

Cons:

I loved it all.
