Un hotel cueva hermoso, pero lo mejor es la calidez de su gente ❤️
Nuestra estadía en Zula Cave House fue una experiencia maravillosa.
Erdem, el propietario del hotel, nos recibió con muchísima amabilidad y estuvo a nuestra disposición en todo momento, siempre atento a nuestras necesidades y dispuesto a ayudarnos con lo que hiciera falta.
El hotel es precioso, con habitaciones construidas dentro de cuevas, muy acogedoras y decoradas con muchísimo gusto. Cada rincón tiene detalles encantadores, desde la decoración hasta el original diseño de la pileta del baño, que me pareció especialmente bonita.
Las camas son muy cómodas, la ducha es espectacular y hasta los productos de baño son de excelente calidad, con un shampoo y una crema de enjuague que realmente se destacan.
El desayuno merece un párrafo aparte. ¡Es espectacular! Todos los días, Hanife Abla prepara un desayuno delicioso, abundante y con muchísimo cariño. Sus huevos son especialmente ricos, ¡de los mejores que probamos durante nuestro viaje!
El hotel tiene una ubicación estratégica, que te permite moverte caminando hacia todos lados.
Pero, sin ninguna duda, lo más valioso de este hotel es la calidad humana de las personas que trabajan allí.
Queremos agradecer especialmente a Hanife Abla, Ekrem Bey y Haci Bey, quienes nos hicieron sentir verdaderamente bienvenidas. Son personas cálidas, amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudar, que se preocupan genuinamente por sus huéspedes y hacen todo lo posible por solucionar cualquier inconveniente.
Quiero destacar especialmente a Ekrem Bey. Durante nuestra estadía, mi suegra sufrió un fuerte ataque de ciática que le impedía caminar y salir a cenar. Ekrem se ocupó personalmente de ayudarnos a conseguir comida, realizó el pedido por nosotros y coordinó la entrega en el hotel.
Otel çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve terasta takla atan güvercinler eşliğinde güzel bir kahvaltı yapabilirsiniz. Biz hamam adlı odada kaldık. En altta dipte tek pencereli ve penceresi bina içine açılan bir odaydı. Oda ışık hiç almıyor, içinde banyo ile beraber bir de hamam var. Gerçek bir mağara deneyimi ancak nefes problemleri yaşayanlar için uygun değil havalanma sıkıntısı var. Bir de oda yerin altında olduğu için baya bir merdiven inip çıkılması gerekiyor. Ancak otelin diğer odaları konum itibariyle ferah ve hizmet güzel.
Unfortunately the street leading up to the property was under construction when we stayed there so parking was a bit tricky but otherwise we had a great experience there!… great and friendly staff!… we would definitely recommend it.

The room was lovely and very atmospheric. Breakfast was great and very generous, and nice to sit on the terrace to have it. The manager helped us to arrange our tours and get the airport shuttle booked. They arranged for supper to be delivered the first night as I was too tired to walk to town. There was a heater we could use over night as it got pretty cold, so it was nice and cosy and the beds were very comfortable.
It was a little off the beaten track that meant a bit of a walk in to town if you wanted to eat out etc. There were a lot of stairs, up and down, to get to our room. Thankfully, we were helped with our bags, and put them in the storage room near the front door the night before we left as we had a very early start.
- Location is close to Urgup city centre. 2-3 minutes walk to the centre.
- Polite, humble and courteous staff.
- Car Parking is available outside the property.
- Delicious breakfast & lovely rooftop seating area.
- The room does give a feel of Cave house (King Room).
- Wifi is not strong due to cave theme which is understandable.
- Constant damp smell inside the room which mabbe is again due to cave concept.
- Room was dark as there were minimal lighting. In addition, two out of four lights were fused (Bedside lamp and wall light). It is suggested to fix the lights.
- it was a bit warm inside the room as there was no aircon. However, table fan was provided by hotel upon request.
