Comfort e coccole ai caraibi!
Pros:

Struttura ancora in manutenzione per cui si può avere qualche scomodità in caso di forte pioggia. Però è bellissima, ha una vista mare (anche dalla piscina) stupenda, di mangia benissimo e il personale è delizioso.

El lugar es increíble, las instalaciones son como en la descripción y las fotos.
El personal es super atencioso.
Todos los dias cenamos o almorzamos en el hotel y los manjares fueron deliciosos.
No entiendo porqué el desayuno era tan pobre. El unico punto negativo. Si fuera por ello daria un 5/5 para todo: 3 tostaditas misérables se peleando en el plato, mangos verdes y duros o fruta de lata... Vamos, hagan un esfuerzo !

El personal es muy amable, el hotel es bonito y en general se preocuparon por que nos sintieramos comodos. Sin embargo era nuestra privera vez, visitando un hotel de estas caracteristicas y ese contacto con la naturaleza fue un poco dificil para nosotros. Aclaro que el hotel es lindo, y que la experiencia fue muy buena

Pros:

The building design is amazing, the views and the peace that we felt there was incomparable. The grass around the pool is not convenient as it gets very wet and slippery, the breakfast could be improved but the lunch and dinner options were great.
We made a reservation to stay in the room with a pool since August but it was already occupied, we were offered a different room with ocean view instead but was a bit small for the family.
Overall we had a great experience that could be improved but we would go back if time allows.

Pros:

It's a good hotel to enjoy the surroundings because it's in front of the beach.
The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. The hotel price is overpriced and the air conditioner doesn't work well. There's really nothing around.

We had a quite disappointing experience in this accommodation. For what it is, it is definitely overpriced and not worth it at all. The pool was not fully intact and dirty, the Pizza of the restaurant was not fully cooked (after this we didn’t dare to try another dish or drink, also because of the high prices), the WiFi did not work AT ALL and the hotel was in general in not a great state. We thought it was ridiculous that this place has the word “luxury” in its name because it’s quite misleading. We also didn’t really feel heard or that the hotel was forthcoming and trying to create a better experience for us when we voiced our complaints. Very disappointing. Also beware of an additional tax that you will have to pay in cash upon arrival.

Overall, I had a very good experience. The staff is awesome and very accommodating. The rooms facing the beach are magnificent and the rooms facing the mountains are nice. Very relaxing and picturesque. I was able to unwind. The WiFi went out a few times which didn't bother me at all because I needed to unplug from the rest of the world which I was able to do. The hotel is in a remote, although developing, location. The tours to nearby places were awesome. I got to see Indigenous peoples, river tubing and horseback riding. Most importantly, I was able to relax!

Hola todos… la verdad es un error de mi parte no dejar muchas veces comentarios, pero definitivamente la experiencia vivida en RCH + Paul + todo su TEAM no pueden pasar inadvertidas sin dar las gracias por habernos hecho sentir en casa durante nuestra estadía.

El lugar es un paraíso para descansar, para ser atendido por un TEAM capacitado en brindar servicio de CALIDAD!! Si te gusta desconectarte, la naturaleza, RCH te ofrecerá una estadía rural de playa con un toque de sencilled y glamour!
