Quaint and close to the beach
Pros:

Awesome small and quaint hotel. This quaint place is one block from the beach which makes it so convenient to stay here. No breakfast but coffee. The room has A/C which is nice. No hot water but one does not really need it here as it's hot outside. It's clean and comfortable. For a small, minimal frills hotel near the beach this gets a great rating for what it is. We will stay here again and recommend it.
