Una estafa, porque de hotel familiar no tiene sino es el nombre. No se queden en este hotel.
Pros:

El hotel en realidad es una cantina o bar, hacen ruido toda la noche. No se puede dormir alli.

Cons:

No me gusto que no me dejaron dormir con el ruido de la taberna, les pedi varias veces que hicieran silencio y no lo hacia, al limite que tuve que llamar a la policia porque desde las 9 pm hasta las 2: 30 pm no dejaron de hacer un ruido infernal.

Fabulous comfy beds in the heart of the walled city
Pros:

Fabulous property right in the heart of the walled city. Immaculately clean and the comfiest bed we’ve had to far.

Cons:

Only annoying thing is hot water takes ages and there’s no reception staff so when we wanted to extend by 2 nights we couldn’t and had to move elsewhere

Pros:

The staff is sweet and has a small restaurant attached. It’s also walkable.

Cons:

The wall that divided rooms must of been paper thin. I could hear everything from the people staying next door. I kept getting woken up in the morning by their tv and talking. I could hear everything clearly I felt like I had no privacy in my room. If I can hear them they can hear me.

Su ubicación y Oriana. Empleada servicial y agradable.

Cons:

Hotel que no se corresponde con cinco estrellas. Paredes con moho y habitación sin ventilación alguna.
Estuve alojado tres dias y me tuvieron sin wifi los tres. La dirección no lo reparó hasta una hora antes del check out. Me pareció patetico que, pague un servicio y no lo presten.

Pros:

The location is great and safe in the heart of Cartagena old city center. The cleanliness was great. The mattress is comfortable. However, the customer service during check in, check out and the entire stay was a disaster. You feel like you did not pay for your room and you are not welcome. The shower is cold and the water pressure is very low. The room does not have a window you can open and close. I won’t return back to this hotel and I won’t not recommend to visitors who care about a good customer service. Forgot something, keep in mind they will knock at your door at 11AM to push you to check out. Even with this poor customer service, they could not spoil my travel experience. Cartagena is wonderful and worth visiting.
