The breakfast and first room was excellent
Pros:

The first i stayed was okay.

Cons:

I made a mistake in online payment by paying for a small room in renewal after 6 days and I asked for opportunity to chnage to smaller room to my initial room but was rushed out of my room to the one I mistakenly paid for even when I requested to be allowed to add money to stay in my room. Was not happy with that.

Pros:

Je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant, l’hôtel est agréable et je m’y suis sentie à l’aise.

Je tiens surtout à remercier Monsieur Saleh. C’est une personne très gentille, très agréable, toujours souriante et serviable. Il a rendu mon séjour encore meilleur grâce à sa bienveillance et son professionnalisme.

Si je reviens un jour, ce sera en grande partie grâce à lui. Un grand merci à Monsieur Saleh !
