huge potential but unforutantly not worthy
Pros:

Location is positive unusual.

Cons:

There is no sound proof betwen rooms so you can easely hear all what somebody is talking in next room. Flor had hole, drain in shower was not working. And car parking is 300 m from hotel and then it is qute upractical to get to hotel with your suitcase.
