Es war perfekt und wir kommen gern wieder
Pros:

Die Inneneinrichtung ist toll, besonders der Frühstücksraum, dafür wurde der Innenhof überdacht, wir haben uns ein bisschen wie Prinzessinnen gefühlt. Die Menschen, die dort arbeiten, sind ausgesprochen freundlich. Es war einfach wunderschön.

Świetny hotel tuż obok Placu Św. Stefana i katedry. Nasz ośmiodniowy pobyt tam był znakomity.
Pros:

Wspaniała lokalizacja. Dobre śniadania zamawiane z karty. Znakomita klimatyzacja. Bardzo miły i sprawny personel. Codziennie uzupełniany minibar plus bezpłatne dobre wino, ciasteczka i owoce oczekujące w lobby. Bardzo komfortowy pokój i jego kolorystyka, świetne i wygodne łóżko z luksusową pościelą. Imponująca łazienka z automatyczną toaletą/bidetem.

Cons:

Po zameldowaniu otrzymaliśmy pokój, w którym łazienka nie miała drzwi i była otwarta na część sypialną. Po naszej interwencji natychmiast zamieniono nam pokój na taki, który nam odpowiadał. Podobne sytuacje dość często zdarzają się nam także i w innych hotelach (jako pierwszy oferowany jest gorszy pokój).
Brak pomieszczenia dla palaczy (zapewne z uwagi na fakt, że hotel mieści się w zabytkowym budynku zapewnienie pomieszczenia z odpowiednią wentylacją jest prawdopodobnie niemożliwe).
Śniadania, choć dobre, miały jedną wadę : nie było świeżego, chrupiącego pieczywa ponoć tak charakterystycznego dla Austrii.
