Cons:

Expensive amenities and no real refrigerator in the rooms. No free coffee in the lobby. I

Albergo di elevato standard, pur tuttavia il servizio parking non è effettuato con l’idea della customer satisfaction ( a meno di non aderire al sistema top di gamma) e l’area in pieno centro cittadino almeno fino alle 2 della mattina e frequentata da rumorosissime automobili che anche al 20 piano sono molto udibili distintamente.

Cons:

Servizi igienici, parking e ascensori che, pur essendo in numero molto rilevante, sono molto lenti.

Top place to stay
Pros:

Great service from the moment we pulled up. Offered valet or self parking options. Check-in was easy with bags taken straight to the room. Room was lovely and comfortable. Coffee and pastries were 24/7 which was nice as we’d been to a gig for the evening.

Cons:

We’d asked for a little milk for the room and were charged as much a a new milk from the fridge.

I enjoyed my time at the Hyatt. It was conveniently located, and the price was right.
Pros:

Location was perfect for a conference at the Salt Palace, plus easy access to restaurants and other sights downtown.

Cons:

The lighting in the rooms was rather dim and could use lights more centrally. Most of the lights were beside the beds.

Disappointing
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

A lot of street noise and the bed was not very comfortable. I reserved a room that included breakfast and then they wanted to charge us $58.00 for the meal. I talked to the staff member at the desk and he was of no help.
