Pros:

We got stuck in the elevator for 37 minutes. Thought they would comp our room but all they did was give me points. Love the hotel. But i might stay somewhere else next time.

We got a different room than the one we booked. It was miserable. The bed was too small

It’s new.

Cons:

I booked a king for my wedding anniversary, they were sold out of kings. Our bed at home is a king. We slept in a queen. They did not invest in proper hotel booking and inventory software.

Parking. Most places will at least validate parking. Hotels used to give out matches. Now they don’t even make them available. Must walk a couple of blocks to get a light

Nice hotel .. poor communication at check-in
Pros:

Very disappointed that $150.00 holding on my credit card takes 2-3 working day to be put back on my account. This is a ridiculous amount of time for this to be refunded. Tip don’t put it on your travel card put it on your cc.

Cons:

Be upfront with guests to how long the holding money takes to to be refunded. We were told straight away and we are now day 2.
