I like the restaurants and location.
The advertising makes this seem like a nicer hotel. I was VERY disappointed with the rooms. The rooms felt like a basic budget hotel. Beds & linens were uncomfortable, very basic. No sound control in rooms, loud. Nothing was nice about the room. It's the same quality as a budget hotel but a price tag of a nice hotel. I was very annoyed that I paid a premium but got budget room. I would not stay here again.
I loved how upscale the property was and everything was very clean. Staff was nice and I liked the market in the lobby for quick snacks and good wine selection.
We had reserved a king room but we got a double queen which isn’t the end of the world but I would have been a lot happier with the room I reserved. I also think the pool should have later hours then we may have used it. And for what you get the rooms are a bit pricey but not horrible.
Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Ice machine on my floor offered ice, water and ice with water.
This is a great hotel! Super modern and chic. The beds are particularly worth noting. So so so comfy! Great views of the city!
The hotel is near many shops, restaurants and bars. Inside it has its own super hopping bar.
I highly recommend this hotel.
Hotel was in perfect location for the conference we attended at the convention center. Hotel was spotless and very modern. Breakfasts at market and the restaurant were very good. Loved the fruity ice water in lobby each day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and relaxing. Could use a few more lights or larger lamps, but not a big deal. Great stay overall. Love to go back!
Lovely hotel and conference center, with great accommodations, friendly and helpful staff, and great dining. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay from start to finish and wish my company held their conference at this hotel every year. It was truly superb.
Nothing, the receptionist was treating me very poorly, manager had to step in, I left the hotel and they didn t returned me the money for the room. Avoid, always go with Grand America when in SLC
Everything is unprofessional, the personal for night shift is totally out of the game, they hire very unprepared personal, always go with GRAND America when in SLC
We came to town for a long weekend tournament. Part of the rules are that we couldnt pick our own hotel, but we were happy to find that this hotel did go above expectations in many ways. It is literally attached to the convention center we were competing at, doesnt get better than that! Daily room cleaning, and a really cool pool on the 6th floor, and gym really added to it. On the downside, rooms were a tad pricey, which is a bummer when you dont get a say in it, which is further compiled when we were informed that AFTER our 300 a night invoice, we would also be paying $33 a day to park our car in the hotels lot. If we are paying a small mortgage payment to stay 3 days, it would be nice to have parking thrown in, or at least discounted.
Horrible customer service, offered zero accommodations for their booking error. Then sent an email explaining how it was my fault, their service is a joke at best
I have stay at lot of Hyatt's and SLC was the cleanest and nicest staff members! Beautiful and clean city. Convention Center was right next door very easy get to and from to your room.
The staff were very helpful and very proactive in helping me with celebrating my anniversary. The view was spectacular and the room was immaculate. I have no issues with sharing my experience with my family and friends which I have already done many times. Thank you for the wonder experience and service.
No issues here.
I have never been to SLC and I didn’t plan on staying. But due to a layover gone sideways-I needed a hotel for the night. This was fabulous
Nothing to say
Overall the hotel staff, amenities and restaurants exceeded my expectations. Everyone made the stay very enjoyable.
It was in perfect location for the event we went
Bad communication with booking I reserve 3 nights. And hotel only had 2 nights we wait in the lobby more then 3 hours for a solution we where tired after a long flight. They fixed yes but still need to work on that part
