Nice hotel .. poor communication at check-in
Pros:

Very disappointed that $150.00 holding on my credit card takes 2-3 working day to be put back on my account. This is a ridiculous amount of time for this to be refunded. Tip don’t put it on your travel card put it on your cc.

Cons:

Be upfront with guests to how long the holding money takes to to be refunded. We were told straight away and we are now day 2.

Beste Lage. Große Zimmer!
Pros:

Ein sehr modernes und zentral liegendes Hotel. Das Niveau von Hyatt eben. Das Parking Service war sehr gut, sehr schnell und bemüht. Aber keiner hatte uns mit dem Gepäck bei der Anreise und bei der Abreise geholfen. 5 Sterne Hotel, ungewöhnlich. Ansonsten- große Zimmer, tolles View, das Bad mega groß und modern.

Cons:

Der Service im Restaurant könnte freundlicher sein. Wir hatten eines morgens uns am Tisch WÄHREND des Frühstücks unterhalten. Es war gar nicht voll im Restaurant. Plötzlich kam die Bedienung an den Tisch und warf (wirklich nicht gerade freundlich!) die Quittung zum Unterschreiben.. Wir rätseln immer noch, warum sie so gehandelt hatte? Dachte die Frau wir wären fertig mit dem Essen und sollten gehen?? Oder wir sollten lieber schneller essen anstatt zu quatschen..? Wie gesagt, es gab 60 % leere Tische.. Was war ihr Problem wohl? Mein Mann hatte trotzdem 15 % Trinkgeld gelassen :)

Hotel in posizione fantastica, al centro città, comodo a tutti i servizi.
Hotel elegante, pulito, colazione ottima con possibilità di ampia scelta e preparazione di cibi sul momento.
Abbiamo cenato al ristorante interno, soddisfacente scelta e servizio.
Camera pulita e confortevole.
Personale gentilissimo , a disposizione.
Parcheggio interno con il vallet.
Bella piscina roof top
Un hotel in cui sicuramente tornerei.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Lovely property, clean and spacious rooms. Very close to Temple Square. The rooftop pool is a gem. Loved the restaurant downstairs, the Salt Republic, we had the best waitress who made me a delicious mocktail and a blue lemonade for my 6 year old. Food was delicious. We will definitely stay again next time I’m in SLC!
