I Do Not recommend it
Pros:

Very bad experience, the check in took too long it’s mentioned 12 but when i got there they said it’s 2 pm , the staff are not really helpful or friendly at all. The most unprofessional staff i have ever seen!

I will start with the check inn, it was very bad experience as I booked 2 twin beds side by side as I have my 2 daughters with me and as I been told there is no 2 rooms with twin beds side by side, anyway they checked me in on 2 rooms ( King bed & twin bed) and between the rooms was an storage room for the house keeping, when I went back to the front desk they said they will try to find 2 rooms side by side and I stayed about 45 minutes till the director of operation MOAMOEN came and got my 2 rooms side by side , the rooms door is using actual Keys not Key card however the doors is so bad and need body builder to be able to close them so bad and hard to close them, the check out needs to do 3 steps !!’ First to drop the keys and then I have to go to the guest relation to fill a mandatory survey and then back to the front desk to get a pice of paper to be delivered to the main gate, I never seen that in my life.
The staff very friendly ( Pool attendant Ahmed from Elmania, Medhat Mohammed pool lounge, and Mahmoud the House keeper attendant are amazing, overall I will never back to this property again.
