Ein einfacher, organisierter Aufenthalt in entspannter Atmosphäre.

Die harten Betten, kein Wasserkocher/ Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer.

Výborné jídlo, teplý bazén s masážními bublinkami, ve kterém je možné plavat, ochotný personál.
Poloha blízko lanovky na Klínovec.

Meine Eltern waren rundum zufrieden, vor allem mit dem Personal. Einzig die Tatsache, dass das Schwimmbad etwas zu kühl war und dass sie keine Whirlpools nutzen konnten, hatten sie zu bemängeln.

Raňajky aj strava vyborna

Fitnesscentrum by bolo fajn, večera trochu dlhšie a voda v bazene iba 30 st, pre mna málo. Jacuzzi aj Kneippov chodnik žiaľ mimo prevadzky…..

Für ein Hotel mi SPA nur bedingt zu empfehlen

Hotellage war soweit i.O.

Cons:

Parkplatz unterhalb vom Hotel, keine Überdachung, man musste immer eine steile Strasse hochlaufen, keine Schneeräumung auf dem Parkplatz, Schranke ging manchmal nicht auf. Teilweise keine 2er Tische, viele mussten mit fremden Personen an den Tischen sitzen.

Velký výběr jídla na snídani, oceňuji domácí pomazánky. Jen bych uvítala větší výběr ovoce, ale vzhledem k ročnímu období to bylo OK. Hotel je krásný, udržovaný, vybudovaný ve stylu vídeňského neoklasicismu, dle mého názoru jeden z nejhezčích v dané lokalitě.

Tolles Hotel über Silvester mit schönem Programm
Pros:

Sehr große und super ausgestattete Zimmer.
Wanderungen direkt ins Erzgebirge vom Hotel möglich. Tolle Nähe und Anbindung zu Skigebiet und Langlaufloipen.
Reichhaltiges und immer gut gefülltes Buffet

Cons:

Leider keine Sportgeräte im Hotel.
Pool und Sauna sind nicht sehr modern und auch nicht sehr groß.
Personal immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber manchmal nur tschechisch oder englisch.
