    Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.Es gab jeden Tag verschiedene Gerichte und es wurde auch immer neu aufgefüllt, wenn etwas alle war.Platzierung im großen Speisesaal gut, da wir unseren festen Platz während der gesamten Zeit des Aufenthaltes hatten. Unsere Zimmer im 5.Stock waren sehr groß und gut eingerichtet.

Cons:

Leider war der Fahrstul für einige Zeit defekt den wir am günstigstens benutzt haben, aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts,wenn irgend etwas defekt ist und die Reparatur etwas länger dauert, wir mußten dann auf andere Fahrstühle ausweichen.Treppensteigen ging aus gesundheitlichen Gründen bis zum 5.Stock nicht.

Der Baustil war beeindruckend.

Cons:

Zimmer über der Abluft von der Grossküche.
Keine Dusche im Zimmer nur Badewanne und das im Comfort DZ. Keine 4 Sterne!

Výborné jídlo, teplý bazén s masážními bublinkami, ve kterém je možné plavat, ochotný personál.
Poloha blízko lanovky na Klínovec.

Cons:

Meine Eltern waren rundum zufrieden, vor allem mit dem Personal. Einzig die Tatsache, dass das Schwimmbad etwas zu kühl war und dass sie keine Whirlpools nutzen konnten, hatten sie zu bemängeln.

Raňajky aj strava vyborna

Cons:

Fitnesscentrum by bolo fajn, večera trochu dlhšie a voda v bazene iba 30 st, pre mna málo. Jacuzzi aj Kneippov chodnik žiaľ mimo prevadzky…..
