2 wonderful days in a ‘70s palace hotel
Pros:

The hotel is a palace, in good shape and perfectly maintained. The rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable

Cons:

The restaurant staff has not noticed the wall came down and that customer service is key.
The restaurant food (breakfast and dinner) is old fashioned and needs some new ideas (especially with modern time prices)

das Gesundheitsprogramm war super und sehr empfelenswert.
Pros:

Das Kurhotel ist super , die Lage war sehr gut für Entspanung und Wandern. Das essen war Ausreichend und Sättigt.

Cons:

Leider kein Fitnesstudio , was für mich und meinen Ehepartner sehr wichtig wäre , das Schwimbad und die Sauna hat kein zugang nach drausen , alles befindet sich im Kellergeschoss.

Очень понравился городок . Гостиница красивая , номер был просто шикарный , большой , очень чисто . Еда разнообразная и вкусная .

Cons:

Персонал , в основном приветливый , готовый помочь , но были несколько индивидуумов , которых вели себя отвратительно.

Pros:

Hotel pokud by se zrekonstruoval tak by byl krásný. Honosné vstupní prostory a krásně vysoké stropy. Kdysi to muselo být famózní ubytování. Snídaně byla bufetová - standard.

Cons:

Smutný pohled na fasádu - rozpadá se před očima. Pokoje archaické. Večeře podávají do půl osmé a pak máte smůlu a musíte hledat místní restaurace (mimochodem všechny mají max do 22:00) Bar má otevřeno do 22:00, ale vypadá jak nějaká kantýna:( Chápu, že dole je lázeňské zařízení, ale tím tuplem by někdo měl začít rekonstrukci a posun hotelu do 21. století. 4 hvězdičky z minula dnes odpovídají tak, tak 3. Kdežto cena je za 4 hvězdu:( Přemýšlím kam do lázní a Jáchymov to se svým (nejlepším ubytovacím zařízením) asi nebude. ŠKODA

Pobyt vrátane poskytnutých procedúr bol pre nás excelentný
Pros:

Nádherný hotel v prírode, milý a ústretový personál. V okolí sa nachádzajú aj ďalšie zaujímavé miesta na pozretie-Loket, Mariánske, či Františkove Lázne, Karlove Vary, Cheb - s neuveriteľnými hrázdenými domami. Raňajky aj večere boli vynikajúce, všetkého bolo dosť aj napriek tomu, že sme chodili temer na poslednú chvíľu. Sestričky na liečebných procedúrach veľmi milé, ústretové. Veľkým bonusom je aj bazén so saunami priamo na hotely a voľne dostupný. Excelentné.

Ein Haus der Belle Epoque mit viel Charme, das allerdings deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet waren sehr gut, das Personal in der Regel freundlich und höflich.

Cons:

Angestellte der Rezeption wußten wenig über den Ort, Ausflugsziele etc.- es wurde aufs Internet verwiesen. Service beim Abendbrot und Frühstück war etwas merkwürdig: noch während des Speisens wurde meiner Mutter der gefüllte Teller "aus den Zähnen gerückt" und wir wurden auch gefragt, ob wir nicht auch einen Tag früher abführen- wie andere Gäste auch.
