Very clean and great location
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and updated. The location was excellent very close to Arches national Park and Canyon Lance national Park. The breakfast was very good as well.

Appreciated how new the hotel appeared. Very quiet in spite of being located right on the main road.
Pros:

Location. Room size. Breakfast.

Cons:

I didn’t appreciate seeing straggling hair(s) from previous occupants on the shower tray. Had to remove before we took showers. This can easily be done by using the shower head to flush it down the drain.

A study in contrasts: very nice indoors in a shabby outdoor environment.
Pros:

Our room was reasonably spacious. Beds were comfy. There was a little bit of hallway noise but nothing that woke us. Internet was fast and reliable. Shower was nice, hot, and strong. The hot breakfast offered many good choices. The outdoor hot tub was nice after a day of hiking.

Cons:

The hotel is about 3 miles south of town in, ironically, a far from scenic location. There is nothing of interest to walk to from the hotel. The grounds of the hotel itself are rather unkempt with many weeds growing out front. The hotel denies maid service for stays up to 3 nights, but fresh towels are available. There are limited parking spots right in front of the hotel, requiring some guests to walk quite a bit around the back of the hotel.
