Nice stay for Moab
Pros:

Breakfast was okay with the typical eggs, sausage, waffles etc. Can you offer a plate of fresh fruit besides bananas and apples.
Very nice rooms with comfortable beds and clean linens.

Cons:

It's a bit south of the city of Moab

This is a great place to stay and is more quiet that most locations in Moab.
Pros:

It was a quiet hotel and had ample parking. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean.

Cons:

The pool could've been cleaner, but it was early in the season and there is a vacant lot next to the hotel, which probably deposits a lot of sand into the pool.

Ideal stay, just outside of busy Moab.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. And staff friendly and helpful
Our housekeeping guy ( Ramone?) was considerate and helpful when we asked for assistance with the coffeemaker.

Suitable for a short stay
Cons:

Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay of a night or two. The room was clean, bed comfortable, the shower was nice, and it was quiet at night, which made for a comfortable experience. The rooms were a little small.

The breakfast, however, could use some improvement. The potatoes were cold, and when I took a bite, water came running out of them from being frozen.

One nice addition would be to offer filtered water and hot water throughout the day along with a selection of teas, as this would enhance the overall guest experience.

Lovely 3 night break. Would definitely recommend
Pros:

Staff were lovely. Hotel very clean with a nice pool. Location good for both Arches and Canyonlands.

Cons:

The breakfast area is very spacious so they could put more tables in there to accommodate busy times.

Pros:

Hotel was clean and beautiful. They had a good selection for breakfast in comparison to other hotels we stayed at during this trip. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms were very small. The hotel was not close to the main area of town. About 16 min drive to the town and 20 to arches park. Okay if you have a vehicle but if your using ride share it can get costly. The pool is small and was mostly in a shaded area and appeared dirty.
