Good value for a longer stay.
Pros:

Clean, spacious, quiet, well appointed room. The staff was gracious, helpful, and friendly. A good value. A couple of things to know: if you are in Malmö for only a couple of days as a tourist, you may want to stay closer to the center. This hotel is in a residential area. That said, the public transportation is frequent, efficient, and inexpensive. The air conditioning system is not conventional. It’s centrally controlled and doesn’t respond to thermostat changes. And windows in the ground floor units can’t be opened. This is hardly a problem in Sweden except in unusual heat. That’s what we had when I was there and my room for the first two days was very warm. The staff, however, graciously moved me to another room, at no small inconvenience to them. They were great, and the new room was very comfortable. If you are planning a stay of more than a day or two, this is a good choice.

Pros:

Jag kan inte komma på någonting.

Cons:

Stora brister i både renlighet, städning och den standarden som hade utlovats enligt beskrivning och prissättning.
Det var smutsigt i rummet, stank i badrummet och fanns inte de enklaste bekvämligheter så som schampo.

Great studio across bridge from Copenhagen. Recommended
Pros:

Great size studio without balcony, interior to courtyard. Well equipped. Microwave and dishwasher. No washing machine but it seems there is laundry at the building.

Tv didn't work at all. Not a biggy but...
Everything needs to be "reserved" laundry, sauna, table for breakfast... (very little shave for such a big building) but you can take your breakfast to your room

Sehr erholsam bestes Bett auf unserer Rundreise
Pros:

Geräumiges Apartment mit Balkon und Schlafzimmer und Küche und Bad. Spülmaschine und alles, was das Herz begehrt. Das Frühstück konnte man mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Die Lage super man es gleich vorne am Meer, wo es schöne Kneipen gibt und auch in 30 Minuten Entfernung einen Hundestrand.

Cons:

Wir hätten gerne Fahrräder geliehen. Das Hotel hat kein eigenes Parkhaus. Man muss ins öffentliche Parkhaus. Normalerweise zahlt man bei der Ausfahrt das ist dort nicht so und wir haben deswegen eine Strafe zahlen müssen, weil wir nicht vorab bezahlt hatten. Das war ärgerlich.

Vi hade en trevlig vistelse. Skön säng. Nära till mataffär och restauranger. Nära till buss.
Pros:

Frukosten var god. Området där hotellet låg var trevligt och det gick att hitta parkeringsplats på gatorna runt hotellet.

Cons:

Det var trångt där frukosten serverades. Frukosten var god men jag saknade bacon till äggröran och pannkakor. Synd att hotellet inte kunde erbjuda fler parkeringsplatser till gästerna.

Unglaublich gut durchdacht, seit Wochen nicht so gut geschlafen
Pros:

Großzügiges Zimmer, alles dabei. Frühstück kann man mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Für Hund standen Näpfe bereit. Lage super. An der Mole ist es sehr schön und in 20 Min ist man auch am Hundestrand

Cons:

Keine Fahrräder zum ausleihen, Mann muss zum Bahnhof. Der ist aber nicht weit weg.

Very nice
Pros:

Convenient location.
Small balconies
Quiet location
Comfortable
Good breakfast , which you can take to your room .
Lifts are convenient if you have luggage

Cons:

Hairdryer didn’t work , however I asked at reception & they got me one .
The towels are awful , really small don’t fit round you & rough .
Not sure how to book breakfast on app & it’s just someone on telephone in the evening no reception staff after a certain time .

sehr gute Lage und freundliches Personal, große, voll ausgestattet Zimmer, bequeme Betten, Sauna, Gym und großes Bad, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und gesund

es war sehr schwer günstige Parkplätze zu bekommen, wir haben deshalb etwas außerhalb geparkt
