Filthy. If I could give a zero, I would
Pros:

The guy that was there that night tried to help us as best he could, but he was literally the only person on staff.

Cons:

Well, for starters, our room was dirty. Our beds were already slept in with food crumbs and we were moved to another room that was dirty and we had to change our own sheets. Keep in mind. We just left the airport and arrived around one something in the morning.
I have an entire video, but for some reason, I cannot submit that on this app. I’ll just take it to Google. But the picture below literally shows how the sheets looked as soon as we pull back the comforter to get in bed.

It’s wasn’t a good stay and the hotel seems very under staff. I don’t recommend anyone staying here unless you know what
Pros:

Our doors locked and we didn’t get bitten by bed bugs. The night person was way nicer and he did what he could to make it right.

Cons:

Our rooms were not ready when we got there at 6pm. The front desk lady really didn’t care. She made it seem like it was pretty normal for not having the rooms prepared. All of our key cards stopped working in the morning way before we checked out (like around 7am). All the rooms smelled off and the fire kept going off on room 303 when someone takes a hot shower. Room 408 door literally fell off the door. The night desk person fixed it right away.

Upset with booking here. We arrived and they put us in a room that was not clean. The handle to the door was also broke.

Pros:

Pleins d’équipements comme micro-ondes, lave vaisselle pour le prix de la chambre c’est vraiment super !

Cons:

Juste mettre à jour sur Booking qu’il n’y a PAS besoin de réserver un place de parking. Car je me suis un peu stressée pour essayer de joindre l’hôtel pour réserver une place mais finalement pas besoin, c’est gratuit

Very few breakfast items, rooms are stinky, broken furniture, toilet sliding door is shorter than the frame so no privacy while in the bathroom.

Will never give business to his hotel again
Pros:

Rooms are big. Fridge

Cons:

Customer service was horrible. I’m still waiting on a response from the manager and still nothing. Every time all call i get told he’s going to call me back and never get that call. The people in the front desk think they bigger than the customer. Won’t work with you at all
