Not a 4* hotel experience, but good enough.
Pros:

It's a lovely location in the mountains. We visited in June and it was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the games room but they were nothing special.

Cons:

It really wasn't a 4 * hotel experience. It was perfectly adequate, but not that great. The bedroom wasn't much better than a Premier Inn in the UK. Only one pillow each. The room wasn't made up overnight, except to empty the bin. We didn't even get clean cups. Lots of little things are not quite up to scratch, such as no plug in the basin, soap dispensers squirting soap at you, carpet old and unattractive looking, juice at breakfast basically squash. I guess it's about expectations.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that there was no one to help with luggages.( and there is no lift).
I have disk hernia and I carried my luggages in second floor by myself. I couldn't enjoy that evening. But other then that everything was perfect.

Per ansamblu a fost foarte bine.
Cons:

Trei chestii nu mi-au plăcut:
1. Micul-dejun a fost identic în fiecare dimineață;
2. Apă în piscină destul de rece… cred ca un grad-doua în plus ar fi perfect;
3. Interdicția de a merge cu proprii șlapi la zona spa. Cei primiți de acolo sunt foarte incomozi și deloc practici.

Totul, începând de la camere, curățenie, mâncarea a fost foarte gustoasă. Spațiile de joacă pentru cei mici, piscina.🙂
