Un hotel frumos, curat, îngrijit, într-o locație excelentă.
Pros:

Locație excelentă, foarte aproape de telegondolă. 3 minute de mers pe jos.
Deși se observă ca mobilierul este destul de învechit și ar necesita un update, a fost totuși curat și îngrijit.
Personalul foarte amabil și profesional.
Micul dejun gustos, variat și suficient.

Cons:

Am fost în zona de spa în prima seară, însă temperatura apei era cu câteva grade sub nivelul nostru de confort, așa ca nu am mai mers. Dar asta ține de preferințele fiecăruia.

Se poate mai bine
Pros:

Ne-a placut locatia, aproape de partie. Zona de de spa e bine intretinuta. Mic dejunul e divers si gustos iar zona de Arcade desi da semne de uzura mare, e un plus pentru familiile cu copiu.

Cons:

Patul si perna incorfontabile iar in una din nopti am avut 28 de grade in camera iar căldura nu se regla de la termosgag. Camera avea doar un geam mare care nu se putea rabata, se deschidea complet, facand imposibila aerisirea pe timpul noptii. Dupa ce am anuntat la receptie ziua urmatoare, au oprit căldura complet.

Mi-a placut ca este aproape de partie, are multe optuni pentru a tine activi copiii. In timpul iernii pun la dispozitie sanii pentru copii.

Mancarea restaurantului este wow, o adevarata experienta, ne-a placut mult .

Cons:

Nu mi-a placut ca nu pun la dispozitia clientilor apa potabila, locul de joaca pentru copii nu este igienizat frecvent.
