Je n’y ai rien aimé. Cet établissement n’existe pas, c’est une fraude, à la place il y a Dere Suites (voir photo) qui est d’une qualité pitoyable.

The staff was really helpful and also very friendly. They did a good job in helping with questions or assisting. The hotelroom was beautiful and very clean. The hotel and placement of it had a nice view which overall added to a good experience.
Bad wifi connection in the room which only worked in certain places in the hotel. There were stray animals but friendly and nice kinds, which might not be comfortable for some.

The hotel is first class , on arrival fefe ( hope it’s not spelt wrong ) couldn’t have been more helpful . The rooms are really good , clean and very homely. I would change nothing as it’s so good

The hotel is beautiful it’s central and well located. It’s very clean. It’s an amazing experience to stay in a cave. The breakfast is outstanding, Ibrahim made our day start in a wonderful way every day. Service is outstanding as everyone is pleasant, friendly and helpful specially Arda who is professional and works hard to make sure the guests are happy and Ibrahim who does the same 👍🏻.
There are beautiful terraces, where to spend your mornings or nights looking at the beautiful Cappadocia. I would definitely recommend this hotel the only thing I would improve is that in a room which was 605 there was no door between the bedroom in the bathroom so you had no privacy and also at night if you turn on the light, it would just shine on the face of the other person that was sleeping, so that would be better. It also has a little bit warm but they do provide a fan that makes it much better but it’s facing the sun is hitting on it for the whole morning and the rooms to heat up other than that I would say it’s an absolute gem.
We had such a great quality time at this hotel. Everything was so nice! The breakfast was amazing. The staff members were so helpful. Mr. Fatih answered any questions we had. He helped us so much..

A beautiful and magical place in Turkey. Caves create a unique atmosphere. The caves are very impressive, especially at night. I will definitely come back here again. Near the entertainment center where you can eat and buy souvenirs. I recommend and Vista nec time on Sammer.

Good location and nice decoration.
Breakfast was below average. Staff asked to charge in euro but their POS can only do Lira and constantly asked in message to change card in CAPITAL LETTERS. Later staff gave me five coins for change and said I can exchange it everywhere in Turkey which is totally UNTRUE. No one accept coins for exchange in Turkey. Now I just have useless coins. Why does Turkish hotel always quote in Euro and exchange at a higher rate to Lira to charge your card? Totally felt deceived!
The property is in true style of Cappadocia energy, friendly staff, great bathroom
no windows in our room, the other "tour" guests checking in/out making a lot of noise at all hours (midnight or 7am) in communal areas, having to have to come out and ask them to be quiet and respectful of other guests.
the reception kindly asked if we need suggestions on "what to do" around Cappadocia, when said yes, he laid out all the tours they offer at the hotel. Would've been good to know the suggestions of great restaurants or things to see nearby instead.
Property was good as in the pictures
Well, be very carefull with the reception regarding photo sessions coz they sold us 3000 lira worth of photo session for 3750 lira , tbh it was my oversight not to look at the price list which was given by the receptionist himself but it was showing his true colours so book your stay via booking and dont trust the reception with anything.
