confermo che questa struttura soddisfa le mie aspettative: camera spaziosa, ben arredata con armadio, frigo, scrittoio, acqua minerale, te e caffe a disposizione. Bagno con vasca e WC separato, prodotti per l'igiene a disposizione. Colazione già a partire dalle 6.30 con ottimo buffet dolce e salato. Il WIFi funziona bene (e questa volta ha funzionato su tutti i miei apparecchi). Adiacente il centro commerciale e i taxi bleu sono facilmente reperibili. Personale cordiale, attento e veloce nel disbrigo del check in/out.
Il ristorante alla piscina è bello e rilassante: purtroppo non propone alcuna opzione vegetariana. Peccato :(

People are very friendly, but definitely not professional.
The staff is extremely disorganized, especially when dealing with babies. Even though we requested a crib at the time of reservation, we did not find it in the room. We arrived at night, so our baby had to sleep. When we kindly asked for it urgently, they replied that they would have immediately sent it to our room. But after 30 minutes, the crib did not arrive. I called the reception and asked about the crib again; they replied to wait 5 minutes. 10 minutes passed, no crib. I went down to the reception and got the same answer as before. Still, time passed, and no crib arrived. Then, only when I threatened to kick the receptionist's ass, the bed magically appeared. We had similar problems almost every morning to get the high chair. Extremely frustrating. The hotel is 5*, you pay for a 5*, but the service is 2*.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner dans votre établissement avec mon mari, et nous tenions à partager notre expérience.
Tout d’abord, un grand point positif pour le petit-déjeuner, qui est particulièrement varié et généreux. Un immense merci au chef Taha, toujours à l’écoute, qui nous a régalés avec des mets aussi savoureux que raffinés.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également idéal, proche du centre commercial et de tous les points importants, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus pratique et agréable.
Nous souhaitons adresser un merci tout particulier à Monsieur Hamza, qui a su gérer une situation délicate avec beaucoup de professionnalisme, de réactivité et d’écoute. Son implication a vraiment fait la différence.
Un grand bravo également à l’équipe du spa, qui est au top : accueil chaleureux, prestations de qualité, un vrai moment de détente.
Concernant les points à améliorer, le principal bémol reste le bruit, notamment en soirée jusqu’à minuit / 00h30, probablement dû à un simple vitrage. Cela peut compliquer le repos pour les personnes souhaitant dormir tôt.
Par ailleurs, quelques attentions supplémentaires (peignoirs, petits produits de toilette plus complets…) permettraient de renforcer l’expérience et d’atteindre pleinement le standing d’un véritable 5 étoiles.
Malgré cela, nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
