Ok for the one night I was there. Didn’t see option for a non-smoking room.

Great value for money!
Pros:

Excellent cleanliness and good maintenance of the facility made it a very pleasant stay. As a bonus, there was ample parking for bikes inside the property and it’s very easily accessible from the metro station.
