Toller Garten und mitten im Grünen
Pros:

Total schöner Garten mit Pool. Sehr nah zum Flughafen und trotzdem mitten im Grünen und LEISE (ja dafür ist die Zufahrt etwas hakelig, aber das ist halt so in Mexiko!). Große Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal. Und ja, ein Teil ist noch ein bisschen Baustelle, aber gestört hat das nicht.

Cons:

Die Frühstücksauswahl (haben wir uns nur angesehen und nicht vorher gebucht). Daher haben wir auswärts gefrühstückt.

Un très beau site
Pros:

Le site est très joli et la chambre propre et spacieuse. Lit très confortable. Grand balcon, piscine et restaurant ouvert de 8h00 à 22h00.

Cons:

Emplacement un peu douteux. En plein milieu de la jungle, hors des sentiers battus.

Comfortabele landing na lange vlucht!
Pros:

De locatie was top. Wij kwamen aan met een late vlucht en waren met de auto binnen 5km bij het hotel. De weg is wat spannend maar goed te doen!

Cons:

Het is afgelegen maar dat maakte voor ons niet uit en merk je niets van.

Lo que más te llama la atención es ver las edificaciones por fuera, y cuando entras no te esperas que todo sea tan bonito y tan bien cuidado.
Tengo que darle las gracias a Moises y a los empleados. El día que llegamos tenían el restaurante abierto hasta las 10 PM. Fueron muy amables esperando a que llegáramos y darnos de cenar después de un viaje de 11 horas. Ya que tardamos mucho tiempo en poder recoger el equipaje del aeropuerto.

Nice, clean hotel with very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.
Pros:

Every one from the staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean everywhere. WiFi very good. Quiet. Secured. Nice pool. I had a problem with Uber and the manager offered to drive me to my appointment. He saved my day. I was able to communicate in English. Next time I visit Cancun this my hotel for sure.

Interesting experience, not sure I would revisit
Pros:

The food was ok at the hotel, a little pricey though. The hotel is cool and has a lot of character. The beds were hard as rocks and not comfortable. The location was very off the beaton path so we were not sure we were in the right area but we eventually found it ok. It was an interesting experience.

Cons:

The safe in the room is an issue, they did not explain to us that the key for the room also opens the safe, my 8 yr old thought she was being smart putting the key to the room in the safe to keep it safe, she ended up locking the saft with the key in it and they charged us to replace the safe because they supposedly couldn't get it back open. So that was a downer for the first night of our trip.

Personnel courtois et propreté des chambres

Cons:

Surprise, l’hôtel est situé dans une zone perdue au milieu de nulle part. Faites pas le saut à votre arrivée à l’hôtel, une petite affiche sur une porte d’acier gigantesque vous indiquera l’endroit de l’hôtel. Aucuns commerces autour à moins 2 km. Chemin en roche pour accéder à l’hôtel. Le restant est très jolie, propreté impeccable dans la chambre et salle de bain, aucunes moisissures, eau chaude à profusion pour la douche. Bon petit déjeuner, aucuns bruits autour du complexe la nuit, même pas un avion de ligne. La jungle omniprésent à l’arrière de l’hôtel. Belle grande piscine entouré de plusieurs chaises longues, serviettes longues fournies pour la piscine. Personnel aimable et courtois.

Peaceful oasis with transportation
Pros:

They saved us from a bad situation with a canceled flight. The hotel sent a driver to the Cancun airport to bring us to the property at night, in the rain. They set us all up with a room totally via Whatsapp chat, so the language barrier was not a problem. The next day, after an amazing breakfast, our driver brought us back to the airport for our rebooked flight. There is an extra charge for the driving and the breakfast, but it was completely worth it for the safety and peace of mind that we received.

Cons:

Without a driver from the hotel, the taxi drivers at the Cancun airport will try to overcharge you for a ride. If the hotel driver is not available, please do not pay the taxis more than $40USD for this trip.
