Fabulous place to stay
How central to everything it was.
Nothing
Great location in the centre of Tenby with a lovely sea view. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and generously stocked with tea/coffee/hot chocolate/ biscuits/ crisps.
Our bedroom fronted onto the main street and the noise from the dance/club music was really loud. I say this as someone who lives on a street with two pubs on it which both have lots of live music, and my house is single glazed. I am used to quite a bit of noise and general revelry but this was a whole other level. To be fair it did at least stop at midnight on the dot each night.
Also, the pub was very 'lively' and I have no issue with people having a good time, but we came back one night to find someone drunkenly urinating against the door that led up to the hotel rooms which was pretty grim. When I said that wasn't on his response was "I'll p*ss in your face in a minute." Let's just say, it didn't exactly feel classy!
Also, as others have said. Could really do with a chair in the bedrooms.
The location in the town centre is excellent.
For what I paid the room was very poor
Location wad excellent room spotless breakfast notvincluded
Maybe offer breakfast
Great stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful, great location. Very clean and tidy
A fan in the room would be great as it was very hot, even wirh the window open.
Central location, spacious room, clean with friendly staff who are happy to help you out. Stayed in room 214 which has a lovely view of the street. Great people watching.
Can’t think of anything.
Great central location good clean rooms friendly staff. Have stayed here a few times.

Location and cleanliness
Beds were really comfortable. Great location. Couldn’t hear any noise.
The room was really hot but there was a fan.
Location.
High Price, small room, poor shower, poor furniture, poor tea coffee facilities, world loudest bathroom fan.
It was clean and the bed was super comfy. Lots of different teas and coffee, bottled water and snacks there weee also ample complementary toiletries and lots of toilet roll.
No breakfast provided.
Music on Easter Sunday went on until gone 12.30pm it was very loud. We understood being above a pub in the main square would be loud and didn’t mind but on the Sunday we hoped it would be finished sooner. We now know different.
No real contact with owners only a very brief quite rushed and not that friendly welcome:shown to our room.
The hallways into the room need updating they are very old fashioned and carpets are really worn.
The bathroom was very clean apart from a big what looked like a rust mark all the way down the back of the he toilet and the shower head is positioned really low and would not adjust so as a taller lady I had to bend my head to get under it. The bathroom mat provided for when you get out of the shower was threadbare so much so it was nearly see through these need replacing.
