Very friendly upon arrival and shown us to our room it was spotless and everything u needed nicely decorated and the bed was the comfiest we have ever slept would recommend to anyone 10/10 snacks toiletries and tea coffee nice added touch thankyou

Lovely and clean in the gardens out the back and very pretty,bedroom spacious ,complementary water ,crisps and tea and coffee facilities. Left a bottle of Prosecco for us which was a lovely touch as it was a birthday treat. Staff were really friendly, lovely food.
Got woken early from having the barrels delivered it very noisy, could do with the carpet and stairs being repaired and replaced going to the bedrooms very worn and doesn’t look very clean, would make a huge improvement.
They also do t sell Thatchers Gold on tap or bottles which is a big shame.
We really enjoyed our stay at Tenby House. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Tenby. The room was spacious, comfortable, and having a balcony was such a bonus – it made the stay feel extra special. The building has a lot of charm, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Hotel was bang where I wanted, close to all amenities and situated on top of the pub which was handy albeit not my scene.
My stay was too short for me to notice things I didn't like. Although on top of the pub, I didn't hear noise or disturbances. I'll surely book the accommodation again should there be a vacancy on my next visit early in October.

If you’re here for a party weekend, great. If you’re a young family, old couple, couple visiting for the beach and town, here for a training weekend for IM, stay elsewhere. Music is so loud is vibrating the rooms and goes on until midnight. It’s currently 11:23pm, started at 9pm.
Beyond exhausted.
Do not stay here if loud music until early of the morning bothers you.
We asked when we got in, was told no, just background noise you’ll be fine. It’s so loud I might as well be sleeping on the dance floor. Really unfair. Doesn’t state this on the booking.com of course.
It's a beautiful old style pub building in a magnificent setting, right in the middle of the village of Tenby.
The bedrooms were beautifully presented and faithful to the heritage of the place. It takes a lot of work to get rooms this good. I congratulate everyone who contributed.
I can't think of anything not to like.
amazing location, right in the centre of tenby. although above pub and in bus area it really wasn’t too loud. the bed was huge and the tv was an amazing bonus (as well as a fan which was great!). upon arrival we were taken to the room which was nice. the room and bathroom was also incredibly clean. absolutely would stay again, couldn’t have been happier with the hotel.
could be noisy outside but that’s inevitable. also got a little hot in the room but the fan helped
