It was Ok for a group of friends, but doubtful for a family
Pros:

Location was spot on the main road. It would be convenient for those who rely on public transport. Also I got room at the backside of the building, so the traffic noise was not much intrusive.
Room size was good and had a separate section with sofa and coffee table. It helped to take care other things without disturbance to anyone asleep in bed

Cons:

Staff was not trained for professional hotel service. They are just bunch of kids taking care of room service and maintenance. They don't speak any other language apart from Hindi. It was difficult to make them understand certain things.
And one main issue i experienced is, we first moved to a room, which has cigar smoke creeping in. The guy sprayed room freshner. It was ok for about 30 minutes, but still the smell was obviously creeping in. The i noticed on they way when coming to my room, that adjacent room which is not occupied ,had a very strong cigarette smell, may be due to previous guests or the room service guys, which I'm not sure. But the smell was so bothering inside our room and my wife and kids started to complain.
Then I went down, brought the reception guy, asked him to check the nearby room and also our room. He acknowledged the issue and within 10 mins allocated us another room in another floor. It did not have the cigarette smell.
Second issue was the quality of the extra bed. It looks like taken out from a mud floor. It was so dirty and had burn marks, paint. I asked for another bed, but they said this only was available. And even i insist, those guys did not understand what I'm asking and vice versa. So I had to use doubling of a large bedsheet and wrapped around the bed. I had no other go. That is the issue coz they are not trained for hotel service, so they couldn't understand the issue I'm pointing out.
And during the billing, I informed about the extra bed issue and waived off the charges.
