Overall the property was good. Good spacious rooms. Value for money.

Cons:

There was no one at the reception from morning 5 am to 8 am.
Next to our room entrance , we could see a towel on the floor. It was there only till next day morning.

Pros:

Die Hotel ist sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, Parkplätze sind gegen eine Tagesgebühr von aktuell 17,50 Euro ausreichend vorhanden. Trotz naheliegendem Flughafen und Autobahn ist es in den Zimmern ruhig. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war grundsätzlich gut, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Auch die kostenlose Nutzung des Schwimmbades und Fitnessraumes ist super. Um nach Amsterdam zu kommen, haben wir Uber genutzt, die Fahrtzeit betrug ca. 20 min. Parkplätze in Amsterdam bzw. Parkhäuser sind extrem teuer. Man kann jedoch auch mit dem Hotelshuttle nach Amsterdam kommen, dieser fährt bis zum Flughafen und von dort geht es mit der Bahn weiter. Jedoch ist dieser nicht kostenlos.

Cons:

Für das Frühstück muss man in ein anderes Hotel gehen, dabei gibt es keinen Übergang sondern muss das Hotel dazu kurz verlassen. Zudem ist das Frühstück sehr teuer für das was angeboten wird. Wenig Auswahl, wenig international, z.B. keine frischen Brötchen (aus der Packung), keine große Auswahl beim Käse oder Eierspeisen etc. Wir wollten das Frühstück daher am ersten tag abbestellen, was nicht möglich ist, da es im Preis immer inkl. ist. Des Weiteren was das Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und bei Fragen nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Kein "Herzliches Willkommen", kein "Wir hoffen Sie hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt". Das war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. In unserem Zimmer hatten wir u.a. eine Schlafcouch - die Matratze ist völlig durchgelegen, zudem ist kaum Wasserdruck in der Dusche und im Waschbecken vorhanden.

Das Negativste jedoch war die Abbuchung mehrerer Beträge während unseres Aufenthaltes sowie nach der Abreise. Der vereinbarte Betrag mit Booking wurde gar nicht abgebucht, stattdessen war es zum Schluss mehr als das Doppelte inkl. einer Kaution. Auf wiederholter Nachfrage beim Hotel passierte leider nichts, keine Erklärung wie sich diese Beträge zusammensetzen und auch keine Rückerstattung der Differenz. Letztendlich haben wir Booking.com eingeschaltet, diese haben sich dem angenommen die Differenz erstattet, da sich auch auf deren Nachfrage das Hotel weiterhin nicht geäußert hat. Dies allein ist schon ein Grund warum wir nie wieder dort buchen würden.

Lovely hotel. Usually stay in budget hotels when travelling for work and this was better than budget and no more expensive than anywhere else. All the amenities were an added bonus.
