Het vliegtuig was zeer gelimiteerd open. Daar werken wij ook niet duidelijk over geïnformeerd. Bij incheck wilde ik ontbijt betalen tegen een iets goedkoper bedrag. Dame zei dat dat niet hoefde, bij het ontbijt zelf was het juist goedkoper. Dit was niet zo! Stond ook niet online. De dame daar hielp toen wel hee vriendelijk maar vond het een slechten service! Ontbijt was erg duur voor wat je kreeg. Er lag maar een afgebakken broodje, geen vers te snijden brood keus en de scrambled egg was heel droog. Er was ook geen verse jus, dat moesten we zelf uit het pak inschenken.

De mensen van buitenaf hadden gereserveerd voor het hotel, en wij konden als hotelgasten niet meer reserveren.
Shuttle from the airport. It was free from the airport and 5 Euro to return. The property is huge, they even have a cinema!

Er was tot laat muziek te horen vanuit een bar boven denk ik. Erg vervelend als je de volgende ochtend vroeg moet vliegen.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was extremely clean, the pool area and gym were spotless and very relaxing. Monica and Ferde in the Spa were super, so welcoming and looked after us so well. All the staff in both the restaurant bar and lobby were extremely friendly and helpful. Reception staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, bed very comfy and very quiet at night which was super.
Breakfast buffet was okay, a bit more fresh fruit would be nice. Fresh jams and honey would be better.
The staff in the Mondi Sky bar were very unpleasant, we had to wait over ten minutes for anyone to come to us to take our order just for drinks, we went to the bar to let them know we wanted to order and they said they would be over and did come eventually. The bar was not that busy and there was at least 5/6 girls working so that was a bit disappointing and no apology for the delay when they did come over, would not be rushing back there!!
Rooftop bar was closed for a private event. Bummer!!
