Location wrt airport. Airport shuttle. Lady assisting us with check-in was very friendly and helpful. Room spacious with good coffee machine.
Had twin beds as hotel was fully booked. Mattresses were not good. Previous time had double bed and it was good. Bistro personnel was not very friendly and helpful.

The bar/bistro was good, staff was friendly and overall clean. The buffet was also really clean and staff was very friendly.
Reception was immensely unhelpful. At check-in they gave me the wrong room. I booked a king room with a cot for my 1 year old and after the checkin agent gave me a twin room with no cot while at check-in in she even said “the cot is already in your room”. I travel alone with a baby and I had to go down again to the reception on the hottest day of the year with a crying baby to sort this all out. They finally gave me a room with 1 bed but the bed still had to come which took about 30 minutes after check-in. No sorry from the reception at all. 4 hours after check out I realised that I forgot my babyfoon in the room. After calling the reception after waiting 15 minutes on the phone they told me they can only tell of housekeeping had found it after 19:00 because of a report.
If you don’t have a child you don’t understand how important a babyfoon is, I had to rush out to get a new babyfoon since they could check. I got a call back at 19:45 that housekeeping found nothing v which is very strange since I know it was laying in the middle of the baby bed.
The restaurant staff is great but the reception was very unhelpful and really made the whole stay disappointing

A beautiful hotel near the airport. Very comfotable. Lovely gardens. Views from our room. Room was large and spacious. A shuttle service to and from Schipol airport. Ideal hotel to stay in if you have an early morning flight. Food was good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Het was mij eerst niet helemaal duidelijk dat er ook een restaurant gedeelte in de lobby is. Als tussenvorm tussen de bar en de all you can eat.
