Swimming pool and room was really nice
Clean hotel and nice food service
The wait at the reception is really long, also the reception tried to book us double single bed even though we booked for king bed. It got sorted in the end, but at first she said there was no availability, we insisted and the other colleagues just took care of it.
Pool, shuttle bus to airport where could get metro into Central Amsterdam. Great local transport links and great value travel card.
There is only a small very expensive shop at hotel. The closest food shop, to get food is in Amsterdam Central. You can walk through airport to this shop.
Mooie ligging ten opzichte van Schiphol. Super leuk dat er een 747 in de tuin staat. Handige airport shuttle. Lekker en gevarieerd ontbijt.
Jammer dat de ramen niet open kunnen.

Yo pague dos habitaciones, un apara mi amiga y su esposo, y la otra habitación para mí y mi hija, nosotros abandonamos la habitación a las 5am de la madrugada, pero a mi amiga y a su esposo, se quedaron hasta las 9am , por lo tanto pidieron su desayuno y le dijeron que no tenían derecho al desayuno, asi que no desayunaron.
no me gusto que me quitaron $50 en concepto de garantía, y que me la regresarían 4 días después de mi salida del hotel, me pareció una barbaridad.

I enjoyed the decor and layout of the hotel. Welcoming staff on arrival (some more welcoming than others) and a safe location for solo travel.
The bed was very soft apart from that nothing.
The staff at the reception was nice and professional. The room was fantastic, I got even a bigger one than I booked, with no extra payment. The airport shuttle was on time and very convenient. I would definitely book again in this hotel.
The waiting time for check-in a bit longer (understandable though when there's more people coming at the same time via the shuttle). The bed was soft but I get that some people might like that.

Het all in buffet. Het eten was absoluut niet lekker.
Het was niet schoon. We kregen een tafel met een vertrapt koekje eronder. Personeel had het heel druk met elkaar ipv het afruimen.
Geen alcoholvrij biertje te vinden of iets zonder prik.
