The airport shuttle service operates from 04:00 to 23:15 every day and costs 5 euros per person from the hotel to Schiphol Airport.

Staff poorly trained, rude, and lack of basic manners
Cons:

Some members of the staff were so unpleasant that I found myself counting the seconds until checkout. Don't waste your money here. There are other good alternatives in the area.

Pros:

Nice relaxed atmosphere. Good restaurant and cocktsil barmon the ninth floor with an excellent view of Schiphol Airport.

Cons:

At reception checking were 5 staff members behind the counter. I was the only customer at that moment, but i had to wait because they were 'busy'. I think if you see a customer, attend to them immediately. Other stuff comes later.
Paying 5 euro for the shuttle back to the airport, include it in the room price please.

Nice facilites, bad service.
Pros:

Breakfast and Mundi restaurant ambience and food menu. Gym and pool was good.

Cons:

Service is very basic, very undertrained or careless staff. Many teenagers in front desk and breakfast, with no idea about nothing, cero management of basic situation, cero initiative. When I checked in there was no briefing about restaurant, timings, facilities, spa gym, nothing only charging. Dinner at Mondi was disaster, slow service, cero attention to needs, They brought my food, no clutter, no salt, neither pepper on the table and no napkins. You need to go to the bar to ask for things, and there piles of dirty dikes pilled up next to you.

Nice place , practical as it’s near airport.
Pros:

Great location if you need to be near Amsterdam airport. Rooms are spacious and they have a complementary gym and pool. Parking available.

Cons:

For the price , breakfast could have been included.
