Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurztrip im Pytloun Chateau Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Essen und der Service. Nachdem wir das Personal drauf hingewiesen haben, dass wir das Frühstück an unserem Abreisetag leider nicht mehr wahrnehmen können, haben wir super liebevoll und lecker zubereitete Lunch-Pakete bekommen. Das Hotel ist vom Stil sehr schön und liegt in einem wunderschönen Park gelegen. Natur und Entspannung kommen dabei nicht zu kurz. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und können kostenlos genutzt werden.
Was uns durch die Beschreibung nicht ganz klar wurde war, dass wenn man ein Hotelzimmer mit Badewanne bucht keine extra Dusche vorhanden ist. Lediglich eine Regenbrause über der Badewanne. Dies erzeugt eine etwas unangenehme Luftfeuchte in den Räumen. Durch den Ventilator und eine Absaugung kann dies aber relativ schnell reguliert werden. Für uns war der Charme der großen Badewanne dennoch ein Plus-Punkt.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder ein Besuch hier abstatten und können das kleine, niedliche Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

From the moment we arrived, everything was simply flawless. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to every detail. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, with a romantic bath inside the room, offered stunning views to the church that made every morning feel magical. Breakfast was a delightful experience each day – fresh, varied, and delicious. We truly felt at home, only better! Thank you for making our stay so special – we can’t wait to return.

Had a wonderful stay with our beloved dog. Extremely dog friendly hotel with an amazing park as park of the complex. Rooms were nice and big, clean (although a curtain shower would be nice for the bathtub in the room). Breakfast and dinner was lovely and staff super friendly, definitely recommend as a stay just outside Prague.

Le personnel est absolument indigent que ce soit pour le restaurant le soir ou pour vous aider sur les arrivée tardive. Une vrai catastrophe qui gâche vraiment le séjour! Apprenez leur que c'est une métier de service donc d'attention aux clients... quelle déception!

Was very nice peaceful location, unfortunately other guests were very noisy first night but hotel cannot really control this.

Rengøring:
Lille minus var rengøringen på rummet, spindelvæv flere steder, og støv i alle hjørner samt tyk lag støv på listen.
Rummet:
Rummet var ikke så velholdt, flere steder var tapetet revnet eller faldet af, lampen var i stykker.

Det er små ting som kunne forberedes, som vil gøre det til en mere unik oplevelse. Vi havde et skønt ophold hos jer, tak for det.

Absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend.

Room has no heating. Only in the bathroom. Was a chilling stay.

The Rooms are amazing and the Staff extremely friendly. The only bad point is that it was not easy to see which rooms had Bathtubs or Showers prior to booking. The City is easy to reach via Bus to Letnany and Metro.
We had an amazing time and will surely come again!
