Never again.
Pros:

Very central

Cons:

The rooms were not soundproof against the trams right in front. The staff were polite but far from pleasant. Room was so dusty I had crazy allergy symptoms at night having to take strong medicine upon coming home.

Overall a great hotel, nice location and good vibes!
Pros:

Great location, relaxing atmosphere, nice vibes at the lobby and the bar. Friendly staff at the front desk.

Cons:

The pillows were a little bit thin for my taste. But that's only my taste.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal und die gemütliche Lounge

Cons:

Probleme beim Einchecken. Buchung wurde im System nicht gefunden - erst nach längerem hin und her Klärung (obwohl im voraus bezahlt)
Kein Mineralwasser zum Emfang

Aussicht auf den Jakominiplatz, die Möglichkeit die Fenster zu öffnen

Cons:

wenig Platz im Zimmer, kein Tee/Kaffee im Zimmer, aber man kann jederzeit heisses Wasser bei der Rezeption holen.
