Pros:

Bed was comfortable, tub was comfortable after all the stairs

Cons:

Staff wasn't very friendly. I'm handicapped & when I found out our room was on the second floor I was told if it doesn't work for me I have to cancel my room & go somewhere else so there was no help & no choice & I don't think that is very fair for someone who is handicapped. To have no choice in the matter on a busy spring break week but to cancel.

Pros:

I appreciate the ramp instead of stairs to the 2nd floor. Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful and went beyond to put our friends room close to ours. Room was very clean.

Cons:

The bed was too close to the wall on the one side and for a king bed needs more pillows.
