Pros:

The lady at the front desk was so nice. We went to a concert and wouldn't be back till super late and she was able to check us in so we didn't have to deal with all that midnight and we could just go in and go to bed.

Cons:

Well I had asked if they had rooms that shared a door and I was told yes but didnt get those rooms. It was fine we worked it out but would of been nice to know before hand.

Always a great stay.
Pros:

When I'm in Pigeon Forge, I always stay at Mt Air. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable, and the wifi is good. The location is great for getting around.

the price and location

Cons:

one particular staff member was rude and wouldn't give me fresh towels because I didn't return the used ones. she said I was able to steal them that way. but the maid didn't come in our room and refresh the old ones
