Great stay.. even better value!

The room was very clean and I like that mine and my parents room was conjoining.. it was very convenient and made it feel like we were all together. Rosie at the desk was very sweet and accommodating...she was super helpful! I liked that the pool shut down at 10:30 pm so people could sleep peacefully.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit small.. and our samsung tv didnt work. It just needed thr cable cord connected but the cord was too short to reach it. They did provide a smaller tv that the cord could reach.. but it would have been nice to have the bigger tv. But it wasn't a big deal to us honestly because we didn't watch much tv at all. The only other thing that I wasn't too happy about was how loud it got outside in the evening.. there were folks staying there that were drinking at the pool and they were playing loud music.. but luckily staff shut the pool down at 1030pm so that diffused it for the most part.

Not great which was a shame.
Pros:

It was convenient for pigeon forge area.

Cons:

The staff were very rude to me. If you don’t put a little door sign up which we didn’t see you get no room service. We were charged $200 after we left for no reason. We would not stay here again.
