No matter the cost, I won't stay there again.

The heat/air unit made a loud obnoxious sound when turned on and had black mold on the vents. The bathroom was dirty, and the shower had hair in the tub.

We booked a double queen with foldout couch. The beds were definitely not queen, rather fulls. Not the most comfortable beds, but decent.

They put us upstairs at the main last room and was hardly anyone else at the hotel. 3 of the lights didn’t work. Went to take a shower was warm at first then it went straight to HOT and wouldn’t cool down

Checked in around 12:20am and lady at front desk acted like I was a bother being so late which I totally understand. Next night 8:45pm we called front desk because our tv had no sound. She responded by saying “change channels because sound comes and goes” we advised her that we had tried everything and she responded by saying “no extra tvs and maintenance man would be in tomorrow” then hung up phone! So rude!
