Great for budget vacation
Pros:

Very reasonably priced.

Cons:

The phone call we got in the middle of the night. Woke everyone up. Nobody answered.

It is what it is...you get what you pay for.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a fridge. Good HOT water. TV had a ton of channels.

Cons:

Coffee pot had an extremely short cord and pot had to moved next to sink to use that plug in. 110 Volt wall plug on wall was worn out and would not hold plug. Floor carpet was dirty. The bottoms of my white socks were filthy. When was the last time the carpets were shampooed? No USBs anywhere! The room smelled of like the cleaners used too strong a cleaner.

While the property is old it is well maintained and extremely clean. Housekeeping came by daily and gave fresh towels and took trash.

Staff is always very nice.
Pros:

We usually stay here when we visit peginion forge Tn. They are super nice to us and the rooms are comfortable.

Cons:

The first room we were placed in had not been cleaned. The bed had been made with the dirty sheets remaining on the bed. We went to the front desk and she immediately moved us.

Pros:

Good value for the price. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location made it easy to get to attractions in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.

Cons:

The property is older and could use some updates. There was some road noise, but it wasn’t a major issue during our stay.
