Unfortunaly I have to give a bad rating due to very poor hotel management. I booked and paid for a stay in October. A few days after the trip was confirmed, I got rebooked to a different hotel in Monastir since the Hotel in Mahdia "suddenly" decided to close in the middle of October. It was not possible for the customer service of Expedia to establish contact with the Hotel via Phone or E-Mail. I have asked them for help since I wanted to cancel the booking instead of going to a different hotel. Although we enjoyed our stay in the alternative hotel in Monastir there should have been offered a choice (rebooking or cancelling with money refund) and the hotel needs to be reachable!
