es extraño que te pidan sacar la basura, que no se limpie la habitación solo cada 14 días o al cambio de huesped, bajr de la habitacion a buscar toallas.... es decir un Airbnb es igual, no hay valor entre hotel u otro lugar

no estuvo mal, en el counter muy amables, solo es extraño ese modelo

There were no toilet toiletries, hairdryer, dish soap, dishes, or anything to utilize what was in the room. There was no coffee maker, microwave was smelly, hooks to hang your towels were falling off the wall, AC was covered in mold and mildew, we had four people and two queen beds and we’re only given two towels. We were told that because it wasn’t a full service hotel that we had to bring down our dirty towels in order to exchange them and I had to fight for four towels instead of two at first. It was basically propose that two people would need to share a towel. It was myself and my three children. There’s no ice bucket or ice machine. When I utilize the laundry facility once someone kept opening the machine midway through and my money would be completely wasted. There are broken down cars in the parking lot with flat tires and expired plates. The mattress protector on my son said how to complete hole in it and was completely yellow and stained absolutely disgusting. Our tv had no functioning remote and would not change channels or volume. There was no room cleaning or maid service throughout our entire stay.. we had to exchange our own towels the whole time, and use trash bags from a grocery store in order to have somewhere to destroy the trash. It was still built up . Phone in the room did not function at all. I have traveled a lot, and I have booked a lot of hotels through booking. This was the most disappointing stay I’ve ever had. I do not feel like it was even worth the low cost that I paid for it. And the only reason I stayed was because I had prepaid and the hotel was not willing to refund me. If you’re looking for a motel six, this is the place to go.

The room was set on 80 when we went in which I thought was odd so we turned it to 75 though my husband likes it cooler at night and thats when the Horror began we woke up to our room FILLED with water from the AC unit pouring out it was on all our blankets we brought in all our clothes our stroller we grabbed towels and began trying to clean it all up , went to the front desk and they knew about the problem but failed to tell us probably because of the owner telling them not to and the repair guy came in finished drying the floor said we were good to go, well the same night again pouring out of gallons of water probably enough to fill a bath tub it felt like 90 in the room then half way through we were sleeping and the toilet decided to keep running on its own and over flow , we got so sick every time we entered the room it was so rough ! our clothes had been ruined every night it did that we have kids that can be in 90 plus temps I can only imagine the upper rooms and the ceiling hiding mold from it because it was all the units they said needed replaced if it wasnt for that I would have given a better score but you cant say you have AC when you know you dont honestly I feel like we should have a partial refund for the nastiness I can live with bugs and such but luke warm water , moldy water pouring out and toilets running's is ridiculous when you already know there's a problem and to cheap to fix it

The manger was very rude and nasty towards me

They charged me $42 when I left and the room was cleaner then when I got there

There’s a strange stale smell in the room that’s a bit annoying

Dirty curtains…loud people we heard all the time

The guest next door was up all night and made a lot of noise. Nothing the property could control!
