We love the staff and have stayed many times but it was REALLY disappointing with no pool area open
Pros:

Had to mark the facilities down as the main reason we stay here is the relaxing area with the pool and hot tub and these were closed and had been for months apparently but we were not informed . That would have made us re consider our stay .

I felt very safe in the property. Staff were very friendly. Perfect location!

Location and safety! Very quiet and comfortable!

Cons:

Almost everything was good. Couple of minor suggestions: on the list of services to request through QR codes, I couldn’t request creamer for coffee. I had coffee pods but not enough creamer! Also coffee table was a little unclean with some crumbs on it and fridge had a strong food smell! As I said very minor not a deal breaker!
