Amazing and clean property. Beautifully located, modern design

Cons:

The only thing that I could ask for improvement is the washcloths were a bit musty. They smelled like someone drywashed their armpits and the towels were over stuffed in the laundry.
Also a employee had bad hygiene and in passing in the elevator he was also musty

Great location, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location. Close to soldier Field and the museums.

Cons:

I had two rooms both rooms needed some maintenance and cleaning. The rugs were dirty. The pool was very small and very cold.. The hot tub was not working. It was covered up. Try to get a snack machine after a concert at the snack machine that they advertise down in the lobby and it was not working either.

great time for while i was there, i would recommend it to other people

Great location, great facilities within the building, attentive staff

Cons:

the couch had a couple stains which isn’t a big deal, and the dishes were a little gross but they would’ve had to be washed again anyways prior to use. the tv was also a little glitched at first but it ended up working out eventually

Solid stay in Chicago with amazing views
Pros:

I have booked the premium apartment and the view of Chicago and Lake Michigan was amazing.
Spacious apartment with a nice kitchen and living area.
The bed was also comfy and the whole condo was clean.
The common facilities with the small indoor pool were a nice touch as well.
Location was also nice, overlooking the park. About 15min walk to the river.

Cons:

The bathroom was very outdated and the shower was really bad. Strong flow but couldn’t be regulated so very hard to properly shower.
The water did not drain properly which is quite annoying.
The towels were also tiny, extremely used and not appropriate for an accommodation of this price range.
Also strictly 2 larger and 2 smaller towels for 2 people, no pool towels. We had to share one.

Pros:

Good location. Easy check in. Nice view

Cons:

1) Cleaning was purely done. Floor was still sticky and there’s so much dust and dirt in all corners of the apartment
2) the body lotion offered in the bathroom had already been used by previous guest
3) mattress was so uncomfortable and really need to be changed
4) sheets are such poor quality
