The staff were very helpful and friendly, not overbearing and service with a smile .
Customers use their mobile phone at breakfast, i.e.,listening to youtube, etc .they should respect other customers . I saw a couple of times that customers are coming for breakfast dressed only with their bathrobe very unacceptable for a high-end hotel. .

More clarity on payment process
The Hotel staff were amazing from check in to check out. Ruth thank you for the amazing well come. I had problem with my in house phone and it was changed immediately once i reported it. Breakfast was 10/10 thank to the chef.
The price of the room was a bit high

All was perfect
The space is beautiful and it's very comfortable. The showers were nice and the staff was attentive. The pool is small but functional.
The restaurant is ridiculously priced even for munyonyo. Across the street at Speke the prices are about half. It's listed as fine dining but it's really very basic and I was even served moldy cheese.
The rooms are clean 🧼 and fresh, good view of the city
