Habitaciones pequeñas, el desayuno está sujeto a avisar antes de las 20 hs del día anterior, llegamos a las 00hs, no nos daba posibilidad de reservarlo. Relación costo beneficio respecto del desayuno, poco conveniente. Estaría buenísimo que mejoren el tema desayuno, tiene un bello espacio para ofrecer Algo mejor

Great small hotel in the heart of Athens!
Pros:

The location of the Acropolis Vision hotel is amazing. You can walk to all of the ancient sites, and it's right around the corner from a selection of restaurants and shops. The rooftop area, where they serve breakfast in the mornings and snacks/drinks in the evening, has one of the best views of the Acropolis that I've ever seen at a hotel, and I've visited Athens a number of times. The breakfast is also excellent.

Cons:

Our only real complaint is that the hotel is listed as having an elevator. We had 2 couples total, so each had a room. Each couple had one person who had an issue with stairs (one who has some mobility issues and the other with a recent ankle surgery). The hotel does have an elevator, but only in the main building. The class of room we booked was also located up a flight of stairs, accessible from the outside of the building. So, one couple needed to use the stairs coming/going, due to the hotel being sold out and another room in that class not being available in the main building. We managed, but only because the stay was short, and we didn't spend much time there. So if you require an elevator, I would contact the hotel directly and make sure you are given a room in the main building. The rooms are also a bit small, as is typical in Europe. The shower is tiny and has a tendency to leak.

A hidden gem!
Pros:

Amazing hotel. Thought the reviews were a little exaggerated, but they weren't.

Perfect location off the pedestrianised area, near the metro (turn left on the pedestrian path - 2 min walk), which bistro also near lots of eateries, or, turning right on the pedestrian pathway, only 10 min slight uphill walk to the hop on hop off bus, on a path that takes you past amazing views of the Parthenon on the Acropolis Hill. Surreal to see it right there. Another 5 mins walk slightly down hill and you reach The Pleka area, with lots of tourist shops and cafes/restaurants.

The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and the top floor bar/restaurant is great. That view!!! We had fun with the lady who works up there, such a lovely lady.

Yes the rooms are small, but the aircon is great and individually controlled and the shower is powerful. So you have all you need. Breakfast is continental style but a good choice delivered to your table in the roof top restaurant. I do recommend taking your own hairdryer though.

If we come back to Athens, we will stay here again.

We really like the location of this hotel. It’s close to a metro station that goes directly to the port. It’s in a quieter area but a very short walk to the attractions.

For two nights, I stayed in a room where a strong sewage smell was constantly spreading throughout the bedroom and bathroom area. On the first day, I spent most of the time outside visiting attractions, so I only realized how serious the issue was later in the evening.

The staff offered to move me to another room on the following night, which I appreciate. However, at that point, I was only going to sleep for about three hours before driving to the airport very early in the morning. Considering the short time left, the inconvenience of moving all my belongings, and the fact that I was traveling with cameras, laptops, and other expensive equipment, changing rooms was simply not a practical option for me.

Unfortunately, the odor significantly affected the comfort of my stay and the quality of rest during the trip.

A nice hotel in a good location for all the sights of central Athens.

There was a lot of noise in the evenings from open air music nearby, but it stopped at 11pm.
