Great hotel.
Rooms were spacious, shower was powerful, japanese toilet, 2 pillows per person, really comfy bed, biscuits in the room.
You can leave luggage before and after check in.
Breakfast offering was really nice.
Location is good for walking around the western district.
Lift to higher floors.

Great comfy hotel in the city.
Pros:

Excellent hotel, great rooms, airco and shower. Good bed. Excellent breakfast. All sight seeing with walking distance. Only the fort you should take the bus.

A lovely to return to after a long day exploring Tainan
Pros:

The breakfast choices were great and it tasted even better. The location is walking distance to many places of interest. Busses were available nearby to places further away like Anping Old Street and Garden Night Market.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike except the bar was temporary shut which means we could get an evening dessert.
