Jest trochę do poprawy
Pros:

Blisko hotelu są przystanki, z których szybko można dostać się do Valletty. Całkiem niedaleko jest również dość ładna promenada w Sliemie. Hotel w porządku, ale bez większych zachwytów. Dla mnie największym plusem były śniadania na jedenastym piętrze. Był spory wybór i można było je zjeść mając fajny widok na miasto.

Cons:

Na miejscu okazało się, że zamiast dwóch łóżek pojedynczych, było jedno podwójne. Musiałem to zgłosić, po czym pani w recepcji stwierdziła, że można łatwo rozdzielić łóżka samemu. Wcale tak łatwo nie było, na dodatek była tylko jedna kołdra. Na szczęście błąd został naprawiony wieczorem przez pana sprzątającego. Na dodatek w jeden dzień była tylko letnia woda, a karty otwierające drzwi przestały działać. W jeden z wieczorów wykładzina odkleiła się od płytek i cała podłoga dość mocno się trzęsła, co zostało zgłoszone. Sporo było tych problemów. Oczekiwałbym więcej od hotelu, który ma cztery gwiazdki. Jak dodam do tego kaucję w wysokości 100 euro, z którą się jeszcze nie spotkałem, to brzmi to słabo. Hotel ogólnie ok, ale na drugi raz wybrałbym coś innego.

Reposant et très bien équipé mais des détails à améliorer dans la chambre.
Pros:

Le calme est appréciable. La vue depuis le rooftop est superbe. L’hôtel est idéalement situé.

Cons:

Le bruit d’eau dans les canalisations la nuit dans la chambre.
Le distributeur de gel douche qui fonctionne très mal ainsi que la qualité du gel proposé pour les cheveux qui est mauvais.
Un seul portant pour serviettes de bain.

Très bon séjour, nous reviendrons !
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux, personnel serviable, souriant et sympathique, explication clair et compréhensible malgré la barrière de la langue.
Nous avons apprécié les différents services que propose l’hôtel à savoir, grande chambre, la salle de sport, le coin piscine et la bagagerie.
L’hôtel est Idéalement situé, proche de commerces et arrêts de bus.
Les chambres sont assez grande, propre et la literie parfaite à notre goût !
Les serviettes sont changées tous les jours.
Le balcon fut agréable et appréciable malgré le bruit extérieur, mais l’hôtel n’y est pour rien !

Cons:

dommage que la caution ne soit pas indiquer clairement lors de la réservation !
Cela éviterait d’être surpris de recevoir un e-mail un jour avant le prélèvement, précisant qu’une caution de 100€ est demander.
Une sommes à ajouter au budget qui n’était pas prévu !

Le restaurant de l’hôtel à l’étage, que nous avons trouvé assez cher pour les plats qui y sont proposés.
