Bonito, pero esperaba detalles más cuidados
Pros:

El hotel es bonito y tiene una estética cuidada a primera vista. La piscina en la azotea tiene unas vistas preciosas y el detalle de los tickets para las toallas me pareció original. También se agradecen mucho el aire acondicionado independiente.
Además, quiero destacar especialmente el trato del personal durante una urgencia sanitaria que tuve durante nuestra estancia. Tuvieron que llamar a una ambulancia y se portaron genial conmigo, fueron muy atentos y estuvieron pendientes, algo que agradezco muchísimo y que quiero reconocer.

Cons:

Para el precio que tiene, esperábamos muchísimo más. La piscina estaba sucia, con colillas y vasos, y las toallas incluso olían a vinagre; además, nos dejaron una toalla de manos sucia. El hotel tampoco está bien insonorizado y se escucha a los vecinos.

La habitación tiene varios detalles que parecen poco cuidados: techo sin terminar, soportes de toallas mal fijados, mesillas incómodas y de acabado barato, falta de espejo de cuerpo entero y un sofá bastante incómodo. El espacio está muy desaprovechado, también en el baño, donde podrían haber puesto un lavabo y un espejo mucho más grandes. El champú y el gel son un mismo producto, bastante cutre eso la verdad teniendo en cuenta el rango del hotel.

La ducha de mano tampoco se puede colocar a una altura cómoda y en el balcón faltan simples ganchos o pinzas para colgar cosas. Tampoco hay televisión en la habitación , algo que habría sido un buen añadido teniendo el jacuzzi dentro de la habitación, también hay que ir al salón para ver la tele? aparte de para verme con un espejo de cuerpo entero.

En definitiva, el hotel es principalmente fachada y estética. Hay una idea muy bonita detrás, pero faltan limpieza, mantenimiento y detalles básicos que deberían estar mucho más cuidados. Por lo que cuesta, esperábamos una experiencia bastante superior.

Pros:

Very big and comfortable room for a family of four. 2 separeted bedrooms

Cons:

Slow process on check in even though i was asked to do it online. Also they hold a 100 euro deposit upon arrival which i found non sense.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un cadre très luxueux .
Pros:

Très bel hôtel , bon emplacement, secteur calme, personnel agréable . Les chambres sont spacieuses ,bien équipées et propres.

Cons:

Le fait de devoir passer dans la chambre pour aller dans la salle de bain quand nous sommes plusieurs c’est un peu embêtant.

Pros:

La posizione vicina a tutti o divertimenti ma tranquilla, il roof molto bello con piscina a sfioro e vista mozzafiato, l’appartamento stile industriale fatto molto bene

Cons:

La jacuzzi era scomoda con troppa acqua e le sedute basse, mancavano le prese vicino agli specchi quindi era impossibile usare la piastra per i capelli, le pulizie durante il soggiorno sono state molto superficiali

Heerlijk verblijf op toplocatie om van Malta te genieten
Pros:

De locatie is top! Dicht bij Valetta en de haven biedt mogelijkheden om een ferry te nemen naar Gozo of Comino. Openbaar vervoer op verschillende plaatsen rond het hotel om gemakkelijk de bus te nemen naar andere bezienswaardigheden in Malta. Daarnaast is het personeel enorm behulpzaam waardoor we volop konden genieten van ons verblijf.

Cons:

Hoewel de infinitypool voortreffelijk is, is de rooftopbar in vergelijking met andere bars vrij prijzig en kan de kwaliteit nog wat worden verbeterd. Hetzelfde geldt voor het restaurant op de bovenste verdieping waar de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding naar mijn mening nog voor verbetering vatbaar is.
