At Grands, towels are changed daily if left on the floor. We also refresh your bed and empty the bins each day. A full room clean is carried out on the 5th day of your stay.

I booked the Family suite with harbour view. Excellent view from the balcony. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. The hotel is small but has everything we need during our stay.

Beautiful rooftop, good dinner cafe downstairs, nice room with kitchen.
Good that rooms had kitchenette, was perfect to make some food in the room especially when travelling with little kids like we did. Location is good. We had Harbour view and was happy with it. Perfect that they had kids hours for downstairs heated pool, that was amazing on the days when it was too cold for the beach. Pastry place (Jeff’s) opposite the hotel - amazing if you wanted some warm snacks/food.
Coffee and tea bags on arrival are complementary if you wanted extra coffee or tea you had to pay for it. (Enough for 2 days but not for a week) We didn’t pay, just went to the local shop to get some tea.
Location was great, staff very nice, clean (apart from a small spot of dried blood on my bed sheet), great 24/7 concierge experience, beautiful views from rooftop, very large room.
We wish we were told in advance that the rooftop bar and restaurant would be closed for our entire stay because of a sports team booking. This was disappointing. We also found it strange that in a spa hotel we had to pay 20€ cash deposit to get a robe? I would have expected one to be in the hotel room, along with some slippers. We expected the hotel room to have an iron too.
It was perfect for our needs
The restaurant was booked for a private party for our entire stay. There were lots of restaurants close by so it wasn’t a big deal but the views from there are stunning.
The pools were also closed for cleaning on one of our days. They are probably getting ready for the busy season but it was just one more thing
Très spacieux, lumineux, confortable et accès au spa très agréable. Personnel à l'écoute.
Nous avons aussi été "surclassés" et écoutés dans notre demande d'un logement calme.
Des finitions (plafond) à améliorer, il manquait quelques ustensiles de cuisine (grille-pain...), selon les chambres, la vue n'est pas celle qui est mise en avant.
