Camera ampia e confortevole gentilezza del personale ottima colazione e kit cortesia nelle stanze
La vista dal balcone terribile. Il pavimento della stanza non e mai stato lavato. Non c era la scelta dei cuscini e il secondo nell armadio era gia usato

Ottime le dimensioni della suite fornita di cucinotto (abbastanza ben attrezzato), comodo bagno e ampia camera da letto e balconcino. Letto comodo per la consistenza, ma non abbiamo capito i piumini invernali a inizio ottobre in mezzo al Mediterraneo, con conseguente necessità di dormire con il condizionatore acceso... Personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile. Tenuto conto che Sliema non è vicinissima a La Valletta, la posizione dell'hotel è abbastanza buona per la vicinanza alla fermata dei bus, ma salirci non è molto facile perché di giorno sono quasi sempre affollati e in tal caso gli autisti non aprono le porte. Consiglio di servirsi dei taxi, ma non di quelli che, probabilmente, sono convenzionati con l'hotel: il primo giorno la reception ce ne ha fornito uno che per portarci a La Valletta ci ha chiesto 30 euro; consigliati da un altro receptionist abbiamo scaricato l'app di BOLT e in autonomia abbiamo chiamato un taxi che per lo stesso tragitto del giorno precedente ci ha chiesto 8 euro. Bella la piscina all'11 piano.
Non mi è piaciuto il panorama visibile dal balcone - una distesa di case (bruttine) a perdita d'occhio. L'esperienza al ristorante non è stata positiva (una pinsa orrenda), ma essendoci stato una sola volta, non esprimo giudizi generali.

The hotel is relatively new and clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Very disappointing stay. Our room had a terrible view directly onto a wall, and the street outside was extremely noisy. Someone was constantly vomiting outside, and cigarette smoke kept coming into the room, making it impossible to sleep with the balcony door open.
Even worse, the reception apparently mixed up the room keys, and a complete stranger walked into our room at midnight! I also spotted a large cockroach in the emergency stairwell.
Overall, the hotel was noisy, unpleasant, and uncomfortable. Definitely not what we expected.

Rooftop bar, každý rok mění jidelníček a bohužel k horšímu a to mne zklamalo☹️
Zaangażowanie personelu było wyjątkowe, mimo wcześniejszego przyjazdu , otrzymałyśmy klucze do pokoju.
Pokoje były bardzo wygodne i czyste, a widok z X piętra wyjątkowy.
The rooftop pool and bar with amazing views of the city gave it the wow factor.
We booked an executive room, which has a separate kitchen/lounge area from the bedroom. Although not small, it certainly didn't look anything like as large as in the photos! There were small modesty screens on ours and adjacent balconies, but we still overlooked other hotel rooms at close proximity. From Room 1006 there is no city view as portrayed in the online photo. Merely a bunch of scruffy buildings that you can see if you look out to your left.
La posizione, vicina al centro.
Riduzione tariffe o miglioramento delle rifiniture delle camere (muri cemento armato non pitturati, canaline con fili elettrici, insomma molto spartane). Per essere un 4*, non è accettabile. Colazione non fatta, quindi non giudicabile.

There was no electricity for 9 hours a, no showers, power, lifts etc and when queried we were told it was a government problem and nothing in our room contract covered us for the full lack of services in hotel for 9 hours...just more indifference
food and drinks and service was alot worse than advertised
Our room was not cleaned once in the 3 nights we stayed there..we got offered towels once in 3 night stay
