Everything was excellent - I didn’t have any issues with the staff or the room. I would definitely stay here again. Most if not all tourists spots are at walking distance. One small comment the hotel is not white from the exterior- it’s currently painted gray.

Air conditioning worked excellent.
Clean!
We did not have the chance to use the jacuzzi or pool

It’s center city inside the walls safe to walk and eat and shop for sure near everything less then 5 mile walk to gestamani which was great we Uber there and walked back perfect place to catch a tour bus if that’s you thing close enough to Boca grande to catch a boat to an island

Property is good. Location is excellent. It reminds me of being in New Orleans when you stand on the balcony looking at the movement of the people below. Steps away from Torre Reloj. Tons of restaurants, money exchange places, and shops around. To change your money, walk out the front door, turn left, pass the small cafe, then the money exchange place is there on your left (has a great rate). People party at night so ask for ear plugs if you need them. Didn’t bother us, we slept well.
They do have hot water unlike what others said. You have to move the shower handle to the left and then it gets hot.
The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are kind, helpful, and attentive.
