Todo. La hospitalidad de las personas que trabajan allí, la habitación, la ubicación y la relación calidad precio. El desayuno es perfecto para empezar el día con energía. La gente que se hospeda transmite buena vibra, al igual que el hotel. Me quedaría más días de no ser porque ya teníamos nuestra ruta planificada.

Mi experiencia en el Castle Hotel ha sido maravillosa, pero sobre todo por algo que no se puede comprar: la relación personal con la gente que trabaja aquí.

Desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir más como en casa que como en un hotel. Siempre atentos, cercanos, con una sonrisa sincera y dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier cosa. No es solo el servicio, es el trato humano, la conversación y el interés real por que disfrutes cada momento.

Además, he tenido la suerte de dar varios conciertos en la súper terraza del séptimo piso, un lugar con una energía especial y unas vistas increíbles. Poder compartir música allí, rodeado de buena gente y con ese ambiente tan mágico, ha sido una experiencia inolvidable.

Viajar se convierte en algo diferente cuando encuentras personas que te tratan como familia. Gracias a todo el equipo del Castle Hotel por la calidez, la amabilidad y el cariño. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería.

Le personnellement est super charmant, nous avons été super bien accueillis avec un petit thé et de grands sourires. La chambre était très bien et la salle de bain propre. Amabilité, disponibilité, et très bien placé proche de la place tahir. Merci encore. Je recommande.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was small but home-like so good. You are right in downtown (so a good location but prepare for some morning noise).

Clean and comfortable. Very welcoming and helpful staff. On-site security 24/7 makes the stay safer. They made me an early breakfast and coffee for an early morning tour. This was unexpected and very thoughtful. They also provided a very cost effective transport to the airport.

It was a fantastic time with the hotel! Nice breakfast and excelent Service!

Muy amables en todo momento, me recibieron con un té de cortesía y una botella de agua, la cama muy cómoda y el precio es excelente.
La ubicación cerca de la estación de gobus y de líneas de metro, el desayuno alucinante.

L'accueil était sympathique, avec mise à disposition de thé, café et eau sur le toit terrasse.
Farah nous a fort bien conseillés et aidés au moment du départ (petit change d'argent en dernière minute, réservation d'un Uber pour l'aéroport).
C'est une jeune femme souriante, discrète et efficace qui a vraiment agrémenté notre séjour.

All staff are very friendly and nice! They helped me out my issues about passport. I really appreciate that Tara(?) and Horout(?) are super kind and sincere people. I really do not want to come Egypt anymore but it happens because of these kind of people who genuinely kind and reliable.

Location was superb - Breakfast was perfect - solo Room was very comfortable and the shower was insane!!
