دائما وابدا الفندق المميز اللي انزل فيه مرتب هادئ مطابق للصور التهوية فيه ممتازة والنت سريع اللهم بارك كل شي جديد ونظيف
موظفين رائعين خدومين جدااااااا استاذ،حازم
خدمتهم كانت بالنسبة لي vip من الاخ مهاب شنط السفر اتكسرت وكان صعب حملها وهوا ماقصر معايا
أنصح بالفندق والله وعن تجربة وبكل أمانة ماراح تندموا

Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique et la terrasse très agréable !

Cons:

La porte des chambres sont des vitres ("floutees" évidemment), mais nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur un hall ou la lumière était souvent allumée, et donc nous éclairait dans notre lit. Aussi le ballon d'eau chaude est assez petit et la propreté de la salle de bain n'était pas impeccable, bien que propre en soi.

Location was good. Rooftop was great. Free breakfast. Lift. Rooms were a good size. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Noise of wooden stairs traffic and staff guests talking loudly on roof at night...so no curfew or quiet time enforced comfortably

Pros:

Me encantó hospedarme acá! Todo es súper limpio, la cama muy cómoda, la ubicación perfecta, el wifi funciona muy bien ( trabajo remoto y no tuve problemas) y la encargada te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. Muy recomendado, volveré seguro! La terraza es muy linda y agradable para el desayuno y estar ahí

Todo. La hospitalidad de las personas que trabajan allí, la habitación, la ubicación y la relación calidad precio. El desayuno es perfecto para empezar el día con energía. La gente que se hospeda transmite buena vibra, al igual que el hotel. Me quedaría más días de no ser porque ya teníamos nuestra ruta planificada.

Mi experiencia en el Castle Hotel ha sido maravillosa, pero sobre todo por algo que no se puede comprar: la relación personal con la gente que trabaja aquí.

Desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir más como en casa que como en un hotel. Siempre atentos, cercanos, con una sonrisa sincera y dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier cosa. No es solo el servicio, es el trato humano, la conversación y el interés real por que disfrutes cada momento.

Además, he tenido la suerte de dar varios conciertos en la súper terraza del séptimo piso, un lugar con una energía especial y unas vistas increíbles. Poder compartir música allí, rodeado de buena gente y con ese ambiente tan mágico, ha sido una experiencia inolvidable.

Viajar se convierte en algo diferente cuando encuentras personas que te tratan como familia. Gracias a todo el equipo del Castle Hotel por la calidez, la amabilidad y el cariño. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería.
