Peccato che le nostre camere davano sulla tromba delle scale nessun ricambio d’aria poca privacy e nessuna possibilità di vedere fuori. Il terrazzo panoramico era chiuso
Lovely hotel in the heart of Valletta, excellent location and very comfortable room.
The breakfast was lovely but having to ask for your bread to be toasted etc was a bit of a faff. Having a toaster available would definitely be an improvement.
The breakfast on the roof free of charge was a great addition, however the ordering system for this was unusual, having to specify exactly how many slices of ham or tomatoes etc you wanted. We also ordered toast but un toasted bread arrived. I would suggest that combining items so guests can order a specific breakfast might be a better approach to this rather than ordering items individually. Might make a little easier for staff and avoid wastage too.
The reception was often unmanned which made it tricky to get information on a couple of occasions.
We also unfortunately had an issue in the lift that suddenly jolted to a stop between floors briefly - we thought we were stuck but thankfully it started moving again when it was called from another floor.
Overall an enjoyable stay but a couple of minor tweaks to their approach to breakfast would really improve the experience.

They did not really offer.......my wife never offered a cooked b/fast? compared to our other two hotels on this vacation I have rated it accordingly.
Make an effort with service and cooked foods.
Cleanliness, comfort, quiet, complimentary wifi, excellent and plentiful breakfasts. Great service throughout.
