Excellent location. Great staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Cozy atmosphere. Value for Money.
Pros:

Location is fantastic. You are in the heart of Valletta & yet in a peaceful & safe area. It takes less than 3 -10 mins walking distance from any of the main tourist attractions. The hotel is cozy, rooms are comfortable and a good size with touches of the local decor. The rooms are well equipped with all amenities. Cleaning is done everyday as well.
All the staff are extremely customer focused and friendly. Breakfast is very good quality.
Special thanks to Angeline - she is efficient, friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect.

Great location in historic area with comfortable beds
Pros:

Location was great and I was kindly given an early check in. However, on return storms in Valletta were so strong that the beautiful shuttered balcony room overlooking the street was rattling. Angelina transferred me to a superior room overlooking the courtyard. I was very grateful for the swift and understanding request to change rooms. I did not take the included breakfast as headed to the airport. And sadly, in just one day where I had the Hypogeum and St John's to visit, I didn't get to check out the spa, courtyard and rooftop. The bed was so comfortable and despite the raging storms I slept well.

Old World Charm Providing Excellent Value
Pros:

The staff at Palazzo Ignacio were excellent. Angelique was particularly helpfully when we first arrived and all the staff were pleasant and provided attentive service. The hotel operated out of a lovely, historic building in a convenient old city location. We reserved the junior suite which was a comfortable, spacious room. The breakfast, which was included provided good variety and the baked goods were fresh and flavorful. There were also cooked upon request items. All in all the hotel provided a great experience at good value.

Cons:

The only minor inconvenience was the street noise. This could not be helped as it was the Feast of St. Paul which is a huge celebration and many of the activities were conducted on the street of the hotel. Also, the noise is a necessary part of being in such a central location. We actually enjoyed watching the parade with marching band from our balcony window.

Meisjes van het ontbijt zeer goed. Zeer klantvriendelijk.
Ontbijt in de kamer zeer goed.

Cons:

De klantvriendelijkheid die we misten bij sommigen aan het onthaal. Niet proactief.

Boa localização, hotel confortável e staff simpático.
Pros:

O hotel fica perto de tudo, o pequeno almoço é razoável e a cama bastante confortável. Staff simpático. Disponibilizam gel de banho, máquina de café com cápsulas para usar e chaleira com respetivas saquetas de chá. Provavelmente o terraço será agradável e com uma vista magnífica, mas o vento forte levou à interdição do acesso ao terraço.

Cons:

Senti falta de um espaço comum onde sentar um pouco antes de subir para o quarto. Tendo em consideração a quantidade de comodidades disponíveis no quarto, como ferro de engomar, máquina de café... Seria agradável disponibilizar creme hidratante.

Perfect rooms were warm and beds perfect complete comfort
