標明是親子飯店，但對親子不友善的飯店. 不推薦帶小孩子來！

1. 房間浴室排水不佳，洗澡水非常容易溢出來，容易滑倒，小孩因而摔倒嘴角流血. 謝謝房務即時處理. 跟
2. 用餐地方，卻沒有小孩餐具杯子可自行取用，湯匙和叉子還要要求才有…不是都有準備，服務人員還要去尋找才勉強找到幾隻. 杯子就只有玻璃杯.
3. 室外空間，因為是抿石子路與草地有高低差，小孩因而跌倒受傷，小腿整片被劃傷…謝謝幫忙處理傷口的小姐姐，態度很好. 謝謝
4. 服務態度不佳，櫃檯台服務有待加強，昨天check in詢問有什麼設施及活動，說沒有，也沒介紹環境設施，今天去到2樓才知道有孩子遊戲室及DIY手作，空間小小不大. 要玩互動遊戲需要預約，預約櫃檯有個男生也是臉色不太好.
5. 停車有限時間，可能是跟商場綁在一起，只能到中午12點，超過時間需要繳費，半小時60元！重點是昨天報到及今天退房都沒有提前告知. 住那麼多飯店第一次被收停車費. ㄧ晚7000-8000元的酒店，停車被限時也沒告知，還第一次發生.
6.整體而言，酒店服務態度不佳也不友善. 應再多一些用心及教育訓練. 不會再訪了，滿滿的失望😞

Golden Tulip FAB is a nice luxury hotel at Tamsui. It has a nice view of a mountain and a river. The restaurant at the hotel is good. There are many nice restaurant near this hotel. It would be nicer if hotel stuff is more friendly.

來淡水的話，值得前來入住
Pros:

房間空間分配合理，床很舒服，整體住宿體驗是不錯的。唯一美中不足的地方就是早餐用餐的人潮似乎無法做有效的分流或安排，用餐前排了約20分鐘吧，使得用餐的時間也變得有限。但餐點的補充頗爲即時，這點還是給予肯定。

淡水就近的大型飯店，整體空間乾淨、房間寬敞舒適，但飯店的設施偏少，飯店前的商城裡商店跟餐廳乏善可陳、用餐選擇幾乎沒有。飯店連結的國賓影城都沒有人前往，除了一片戶外綠地以外沒有休憩的地方。服務人員態度還可，早餐時段擁擠，不過人員收拾桌面補充餐食還算迅速。
