颱風天入住，商店街及餐廳很多都沒營業，原本的鋼琴演奏也取消，有點可惜。房間寬敞舒適很乾淨，床墊軟硬適中有支撐性，枕頭對我來說偏軟也沒有足夠的支撐力。望高樓的風景佳，可眺望淡水河兩岸以及淡江大橋。原方案無早餐，入住詢問櫃檯表示無法變更，隔天早上因沒有其他選擇就加購(每人NT$700)，餐點種類不多，僅現做的雞白湯拉麵比較特別，其他就正常表現(fairly average)。

Cons:

約12:30提早到達，先臨櫃辦理入住，並說明房間提前準備好會電話通知。結果我們一直等到16:00都沒通知，一到大廳發現有多組旅客已先進房並下樓開始閒晃，到櫃台看到服務人員沒事在聊天，看到我詢問是否要辦理入住，表明已經先辦完入住，才把房卡給我們，也未說明為何沒有聯絡。服務態度正常，但對作業流程不甚滿意。
