Cons:

Room on 3rd floor, NO elevator. Dragged my heavy suitcase up 3 flights of steep stairs while staff just watched.
Then: only ice-cold water the whole stay. Had to shower with kettle water like an animal.
Bad “hotel” in Juliaca.
