Pros:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Die Lage ist für die Auffahrt auf den Gletscher perfekt. Wir waren auch innerhalb 20-25 Minuten an anderen Skigebieten. Das Hotel ist ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sogar außerhalb der Arbeitszeit wurde für uns ein zusätzliches Bett überzogen.

Cons:

Die Ausziehcouch ist etwas hart, wir haben noch etwas daraufgelegt. Sonst war alles super

Pros:

Das Preis leistungsverhältnis war bei unserem Aufenthalt super.
Das Familienzimmer war recht geräumig.

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und für jeden was dabei.

Abendessen war einfacher gehalten, aber ausreichend mit vielfältigem Salatbuffet.

Kinderspielbereich war großzügig gestaltet.

Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Füße an den Betten waren locker so dass wir diese erst mal festdrehen mussten um uns nicht wir auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff zu fühlen. Denke da könnte das Team drauf achten.

Zimmer, groß, geräumig. Viele Haken für Skiklamotten zum aufhängen. Großes Badezimmer.

Cons:

Abendessen unterirdische Zusammenstellung, teilweise kalt serviert.Viel zu kleine Portionen, Dessert teilweise hart und ungenießbar. Abendessen zwischen 18-20Uhr. Ab 19.30 wird man nichtmehr richtig bedient.
Service nur auf Englisch ansprechbar, unfreundlich und langsam, keine Organisation im Ablauf, putzen bereits Tische neben dir ab, während man noch isst. Bestellungen dauern zu lange, es wird falsch priorisiert.
Trotz Zimmer im Nachbarhaus, hellhörig, Streitereien anderer Gäste durch die Wände hörbar.
