Disappointing
Pros:

Good service and a very convenient central location.

Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the way my situation was handled. I had to leave the hotel two days earlier due to unavoidable circumstances, and I was assured that I would receive a voucher to use on a future stay. Despite the reminder emails I sent afterwards, I never received any response or the promised voucher.

It is disappointing when commitments made to guests are not honored, as reliability and follow-through are an important part of good customer service.

Amazing stay, would really love to come back
Pros:

Such a friendly stuff, great amenities and everything well organised and clean. Loved the room and the breakfast was delicious!

If you like to enjoy your stay at this hotel, don’t book before middle May.
Pros:

Perfect location, very friendly staff and cleanliness.

Cons:

The breakfast was served cold at first three days and served in small place. It happened because usually it served on the terrace that , it’s much better.

נהנו מאוד למרות החסרונות . מבחינתנו הרגשנו שזה הספיק לנו לחופשה קצרה ומדויקת. המיקום והניקיון מבחינתו הכי חשוב ולכן זה
Pros:

מיקום נוח קרוב לרחובות המרכזיים.
הצוות היה נעים וניסה לעזור בכל בקשה ושאלה.
יש גג נחמד מאוד שלצערי לא היה בשימוש בגלל מזג האוויר.

Cons:

החדר קטן מאוד .. המיטה ממש איך שפותחים את הדלת.
אין מראת גוף בחדר או ארון בגדים לפרוק את המזוודה.

Great location and staff
Pros:

The location, the staff offered to even change our room because of our window opening into the lobby and getting a lot of noise during breakfast time. Staff were extremely supportive and helpful.

Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Oda küçük olmasına rağmen yeterliydi.

Cons:

Kahvaltıda biten yiyecekler yerine (meyve özellikle) yenisi her zaman gelmiyordu. Kahve makinesi iyi çalışmıyordu.
