Das wir ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof bekommen haben und nicht zur Hauptstraße
tgl. Wechsel der Waschlappen und das sehr freundliche Personal an der Rezeption

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et très propre ! Situé dans un quartier vivant bien desservi par les transports

Cons:

L'isolation phonique était insuffisante. Nous entendons les bruits du couloir et des chambres voisines.

Pros:

The only thing that helped was location, not clean, bad smell and noise on the floor and on the street.

Cons:

I had to go three times to the front desk: first time, bedroom was not clean, second one, two beds which I did not asked, third time smoker room which I asked to not have. I just decided to stay since it was 2 am. Front desk man barely spoke english or understood although tried to be nice.

Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil.
La propreté (à part la 1ere nuit où il y avait quelques poils dans le lit, mais les draps étaient propre, ça a du se mettre pendant le ménage)
Lit et matelas confortable.
Proche métro et bus aéroport.
Quartier safe même la nuit.
Tres bon café juste à côté (je recommande le cafe 9)
Wifi nickel.

Cons:

Steinway Street est une rue assez bruyante.
Pas grand chose à la télévision le soir.

A sleepless nightmare
Cons:

The heating system made an unbearable, constant noise all night long. It was loud, erratic, and never stopped. I got zero sleep. I have video proof of the noise. This hotel took my money and delivered a completely unacceptable experience. I will never book here again and I strongly advise others to avoid this property.
