Always a special stay for us. The best!
Pros:

It is our 5th visit.
It is always amazing.
Staff are lovely.
We had an upgrade for our honeymoon, we were so grateful and overjoyed.
Food at breakfast and dinner.
Comfortable bed
Excellent spa and staff
Beautiful clean beach
Fantastic pool
Plenty of lounges

Cons:

It is our favourite hotel and we reported a couple of things in order for them to keep their high reputation.
The toilet was moving and making sounds. It was dealt with within half an hour.
The balcony door kept sticking and a couple of times we felt we were stuck on the balcony.
I wasn’t allowed to eat my own cashew nuts around the pool as they were not from the bar it was the first time we have ever been told this in 5 visits.
There was a little green algae near swimming pool metal.
Don’t judge this hotel on my dislikes as it is a tremendous hotel. But being honest so they can improve those issues.

L’hôtel est digne d’un grand hôtel avec les services associés. Dommage que la plage soit en gravier et gros galets.

La qualité des prestations à l’intérieur de l’hôtel : piscine, vue, équipements…

Cons:

Je cherchais du sable sur le bord de mer et n’ai trouvé que des galets et cailloux…dommage.

Pros:

Had the most amazing stay here! Staff are all super nice and friendly; the property is new and modern with great aesthetics. Half board is delicious, a lot of variety every day. Would strongly recommend the fine dining restaurant as well!!!

Struttura nuova e piacevole

Cons:

La spiaggia praticamente impraticabile. Si sprofonda nella ghiaia e non molto pulita i prezzi sono estremamente cari. Molto più alti che in Italia a parità di hotel

ממליצים בחום! מלון מעולה!
Pros:

נוף, ניקיון, שירות מעולה שבמעולים. אלגנטי ומרוהט בטוב טעם. ספא מדהים, מעסות יוצאות מו הכלל, בריכה יפהפיה, חדר נפלא ארוחת בוקר עשירה מאוד. ושוב מעל הכל, שירות יוצא דופן ( מניסיון רב שנים).

Cons:

מלון נהדר ומודרני כזה, ראוי שיתקין בחדרים טלוויזיות חכמות.
החוף מלא אבנים (גדולות וקטנות) אם כי המלון עושה המון לשפר ולהנעים את השהות בחוף (צמוד למלון ושייך למלון).
