Pros:

Why would I stay at the Regency again and again? (I've already stayed the 3 times):
:
1. The staff are courteous, friendly, helpful and make you feel like a welcomed and hinted guest
2. The beds are super comfortable
3. The public areas, hotel room and bathrooms are CLEAN
4. The TVs in my 3 student rooms are flat screen and picture perfect
5. The Air Conditioning units in each room were individually controlled, cooled effeciently ( I was also there during a heat wave)
6. The refrigerator and tea kettle/ coffee/ tea are an added feature, c which I made use is during each visit
7. A doorman / porter and reception are 24/7. Also feeling of safety and security and walkable safe neighborhood.
8. Location was perfect... Just a few minutes walk from a rehab clinic, rooftop Cafe, 1 block from a BIM did market, waking distance to the Nile, central Locatin with easy taxi access to cultural and heritage sites, malls, parks and only 20 minutes to Cairo International Airport.
Recommendation to management: add hand towels to the bath towels already provided, proved courtesy shampoo to complement the soap., in the room or upon request.
A+ on VALUE FOR MONEY.
