Great experience in a luxury environment
Pros:

Excellent service, friendly people, luxury atmosphere, felt like a retreat

Disappointing
Cons:

For a 5 star hotel a lot of thing were lacking
The rooms not being cleaned at a reasonable hour , would return at 4pm and the room was still a mess , turn down service was hit and miss . Once they came at 10.30 pm. Towels may have been clean but had brown stains .They sneakily charge you for cheap flip flops which isn’t the point but a 5 star hotel should consider the guest’s comfort without trying to make an extra buck . Pool staff are not always there to help you with finding a sun lounger, some days there were no available beach towels at 11 am in the morning .overall it was a disappointment especially when compared to other 5 star hotels which charge the same and offer more like Sani Beach .
