CozySuites at Showboat

Supper clean, if i needed anything staff was always available. 💯 recommend

I am disappointed because my reservation was canceled at the last minute. I travel from CT to Atlantic City and when I got off the bus walking to the hotel i received a message from Cozy Suites stating that my reservation was canceled. I never had a problem before and i have stayed twice with them. This was so inconvenient trying to find somwwhere to stay at the last minute. That was very unprofessional.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo and were pleasantly surprised with the size of the rooms. We were also pleased with the response time in resolving a problem we had. The receptionists at the desk for the Showboat were not very nice.

Great place to stay in

I will never stay here again. The 12th floor looks like an abandoned hotel, with broken ceilings and large puddles from what i assume was a bad leak from the ceilings. It looks like dirty ponds in different areas. The entire hotel smelled and the stench was even worse on the 12th floor, where, despite all i described, we still had a room. The room itself was another issue. Peeling paint. Missing dishes, cups, silverware. But, we noticed that the missing items were labeled. We ensured that we didnt get blamed for those going missing. As most of the stuff was gone/broken before we got there. One room was missing a bed. The living rooms pull out sofa was a weird, non usable "futon" there is NO staff to talk to so having things made right for us, never happened.

Parking was a bit confusing with the app, but figured it out quickly.
Garage seemed secure.
Check in with their front desk was simple.
Communication was awesome.
The location was great.
SOOOO Many children.
Good food options.
Our room was clean, well stocked and we had no complaints for the price paid.
The only down side I would say is the hallways and elevator were dirty and needed some attention.

When we check-inn and went to the room the room was unclean and everying messy .. very disappointed to c all that and have to wait about 1 hour extra just them to come and clean ..

We were staying 9 people with 2 bedroom, omg cozy no more give comfy to us. All night everyone was wake up due to not comfortable beds and pillows. Better charging fee and hiding that use at least for something nice bed and mattress and blankets. I am posted all over that social media about this. Seriously, even passed out drunk person can not able to sleep on those bed. So think about it. Rate 0/10 and it’s deserved !!!

Room was clean. Check in process required ID plus selfie video. Hallway rugs had pet stains everywhere. Elevator and hall outside elevators had blood smeared on controls and window in hallway...for 2 days. Arcade and racetrack close, not 24 hours. Parking is not included with the additional $160 resort fee added to room cost.

You dont get room even u pay

I enjoyed everyting about my stay at cozysuite, it was my home away from home they had everything i needed at hand. I definitely will recommend to others and will be staying again.

The carpet in the elevator lobby and hallways (on the 20th floor) smelled badly of cat urine. Seemed like very old rugs/carpeting compared to the newness of the rooms themselves. Other than than, it was nice.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst hotel we've ever experienced. The hotel allows animals inside- the hallways REEK of urine so bad you have to hold your breath and the rooms don't smell much better. Broken door handles, outlet covers missing... No pool and no discount for water park. Hotel management is non-existent and shuns responsibilities off on property owners and no one will take care of anything. Avoid this cesspool at all costs.

Terrible service. Firstly, they forgot to send the email for their check in process (boarding pass). Waited 30 minutes to check-in. Arrived late in our room to a broken bed! the middle rod of the bedframe was so bend we has a dip in the middle of the bed! Had to sleep on the floor with no solution for 10hrs! There solution was to straighten Velcro wooden slats and claim the bed is not broken.

We had to find another hotel. Very disappointing.

Overall we still had fun but the hotel as a whole including the rooms and hallways was awful. Dirty! Something brown dripping down the walls of bathrooms. Room didn’t look like it was cleaned by staff just last renter maybe. In the hotel main hallway there was dog crap that sat there untouched for hours with just a wet floor sign. There were I think 4 elevators but at check in only 2 were working by the end of the trip only 1 was working! The pool was closed and we were not told about that when booking. The water park and arcade were really only nice things about this hotel so we tried to be away and outside more.

In 50 years of traveling this was the worst experience of I can recall. Will not return. Could not enter room because door was locked from inside and then surprised by lack of support by Showboat. Paid extra for early check in and then couldn’t check in and didn’t get a refund for it.
TV kept losing connection.
Only one elevator operates for the 20 floor hotel. Significant wait times.
Parking garage elevator broke and people had to use filthy, poorly lit, unsafe stairwells. It was sad to see people struggling with bags,etc.

The room is pretty empty, only have 2 small chair and random tiny round table, a lot of empty space and a leaking mini fridge on the floor.

The room was very clean and comfortable the only part was i dislike like the sofa bed I rate it a 1 out of 10 it’s not sleep able at all I rather had a cot in the room.
I also asked for a blanket there was no blanket given at all.
I think a cot should be placed in the closet.
