Pros:

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spotlessly clean. We booked two rooms. The terrace is also very nice, on the ground floor. The location is also great, right in front of the historic bridge. It's suitable for families with children. We were very comfortable with our three children.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, wie auch die Servicelkraft beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider keine Dusche, nur eine Badewanne in der man duschen konnte. Ausstieg aus der Wanne leicht schwierig, weil hoher Wannenrand.

Hotellet ligger enormt centralt og de fleste seværdigheder er i gåafstand fra hotellet. Morgenmaden var skøn og der var roligt i området generelt. Ingen støj fra øvrige værelser

Lovely modern rooms just unfortunate that there isn’t a lift
Pros:

Great big bedroom and lovely modern bathroom. Great wine bar on ground floor. Most staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs which were very steep and precarious to climb up and down.

The location was fab, a minutes walk from Charles Bridge. The reception staff were very helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The fridge didn’t work was my only complaint but all in all that was minor!!

Fantastic stay and exceptional service at Hotel Ikona!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Ikona in Prague.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by incredibly welcoming and helpful staff who provided truly great service. We had requested a specific room in advance, and everything was completely ready for us upon arrival—a fantastic detail that we really appreciated.

The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was top-notch: truly delicious, fresh, and a great start to the day.

An extra big plus goes to the reception team, who were extremely helpful with great local recommendations and useful advice for exploring Prague. Their tips made our trip even better!

We cannot recommend Hotel Ikona highly enough and will definitely stay here again next time we visit Prague!

Outstanding staff and very clean!
Pros:

The staff are phenomenal. Outstanding care, service, attention to detail, advice, etc. This is probably the best staff I've encountered in 20+ years of travel. The breakfast is wonderful and the rooms are comfortable and very clean.

Cons:

The noise from the wine bar and breakfast area on the main floor are the only not-so-great thing about the hotel. Rooms 11-14 probably should have ear plugs for light sleepers.
