The locations is perfect.
Easy to find .
You can walk around the city from this place or catch buses just outside of this building and go for example to the Belfast Castle (which is beautiful)
Next to the entrance you also have a little store where you can buy some cosmetics , essentials, snacks, drinks or get some lunch or hot sandwiche and stuff.
On my floor (1st) i had a patio (smoking area) and the kitchen (clean and with a lot of varieties of food and drinks) there were also some toilets (but I had one in my room)
Love the stuff, helpful,friendly and very chatty.
The room and bathroom were clean and good equipped.
Everything was easy to acces and ill definitely use this place for my next stay in Belfast.

La struttura è molto centrale praticamente di fronte la cattedrale di Sant’Anna. Immediatamente a fianco c’è un piccolo market in cui acquistare qualcosa di caldo e buono per pochi pounds. Si può girare la città a piedi ma la fermata dei mezzi è molto vicina.
La stanza è abbastanza grande pulita e comoda, e anche calda visto il periodo, e viene pulita ogni giorno
Di sera si è a due passi dal cathedral Quarter con molti pub
La colazione è molto molto spartana (pan bauletto, prosciutto e formaggio confezionato, marmellate e macchinetta per le bevande calde) se avessi dovuto acquistarla non ne sarebbe valsa la pena

The hotel offered a full breakfast, including pancakes, bread, a variety of juices, coffee, cereal, and more. The location was excellent—close to universities and within walking distance of the main attractions.

This 'Hotel' is supposed to be 4 Star, how this has been awarded 4 stars is a mystery! It is more like a 2 star Hostel, NOT a Hotel.
The Bed in the room was jammed up against a wall, and when the person on the side of the wall wished to get out of Bed, they had to climb over the other person, it was terribly uncomfortable and possibly dangerous. The bed was NOT a double, it was an oversized single Bed, possibly 4 foot, designed to fit into an Alcove and jammed against a wall.
No Bedside lights or switches while in Bed. No water glasses in the Bathroom for Teeth cleaning. The Staff were friendly, which was the ONLY positive aspect of the The Quarter by Warren. Overall comfort and sleep level was Extremely Poor.
The Bedroom roof consists of exposed painted Concrete slabs, similar to an Industrial warehouse....
The Continental Breakfast was very poor. ALL THE INGREDIENTS were from a low cost Supermarket. Milk, Cereals, Orange Juice, Cheese and Meat slices, were of very low quality. Similarly the bread, croissants and buns were off VERY POOR quality. Milk and Orange Juice was only available on request on the morning in question....
