Great Belfast City Base
Pros:

Room was ideal for solo traveller. Clean and basic but still had charm. Lifts if needed and shower worked well. Bedding comfy.

Cons:

Not the property’s fault but close to student quarter so noisy on a night / early hours. I’d take ear plugs if you’re not a deep sleeper

Pros:

The property was in a good location however the room was very basic in terms of appearance. The ceiling looked like it hadn’t been finished and beams were showing on one half of the ceiling. The bed was a small double as described, was comfortable. The breakfast the was included in the price was pretty basic, not a lot of options, toast, croissants and cereal. Staff were very friendly, our stay was pleasant but would not rush back.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing, and the appearance of the room.

Central location but overpriced
Pros:

The location was very central and there were lots of amenities within walking distance.

Cons:

The bed was tiny. What is advertised as a “small double” is essentially a single bed.
Noise levels were very high - I respect that the property cannot control the noise from the street however the house keeping staff started servicing the floor at 7am. They were blaring their own music, yelling down corridors to each other and hoovering directly outside rooms where guests were sleeping. It was impossible to sleep past 7am.
The toilet window had no privacy frosting.
Following my stay, I would say the property is completely overpriced for what you receive.
