Very good breakfast. Comfortable for 2 people. The staff was super helpful. No problem at all.
Las instalaciones en general así como el buffet libre para el desayuno.
Las opciones de comida para la cena, ya que en los alrededores no había casi nada para cenar o comer y al cenar en el hotel era todo comida rapida muy sencilla, poca opcio y para el precio cara. Por lo demas ni una queja.

La habitación era estupenda. Fuimos mi mujer, mis dos hijo y yo. La habitación tenía una cama grande de matrimonio y dos más pequeñas en ambientes separados sin tabiques cerrados. El baño estupendo también con una ducha grande y cómoda.
Creo que el desayuno fue caro. Cada vez pienso que vale menos la pena pagar el desayuno Buffet. Estaba bien... salchichas, beicon, fruta, tostadas, cruasanes... todo lo que puedas esperar... pero al final no lo aprovechamos del todo. No es un fallo del hotel, simplemente no le sacamos partido.
Nos encantó la calidez del personal, las facilidades que daban para todo, el silencio, la sensación de limpieza y lo bien que descansamos, el desayuno, el bar de café gratis y las instalaciones en general son modernas y acogedoras, destacar que aunque el parking no es tan grande, siempre de alguna manera pudimos aparcar y muy bien. Fueron muy amables con mi bebe de 8 meses 🤗.
Lo recomendaría siempre y si vuelvo a un hotel de Santander será éste mi hotel de referencia.
Por poner un pero, quizá limpiar un pelín los aires acondicionados, y revisar algún colchón. La localización es un polígono, pero si tienes coche está muy cerca del centro y andando hay un parque muy agradable justo al lado.
