Excelente parada en Santander

El personal de la recepción muy amable. El desayuno delicioso. Las camas muy cómodas. En frente hay una parada de bus para ir al centro. Hay un párking interior y exterior. El hotel cuenta con un pequeño espacio de gimnasia

Cons:

Aunque no mucho, se oye el ruido en los pasillos. Durante nuestra estancia, hubo un grupo de jóvenes que salió de fiesta y a la vuelta nos despertaron con sus voces. Pero para ser un hotel no se oyen las habitaciones contiguas.

El personal es completamente frío y distante, se la suda todo muchísimo , detrás de la tv en la pared una capa de polvo que si eres asmático lo vas a pasar genial como nosotros, una burrada , pasen un triste plumero de vez en cuando.

Y dejen una triste escobilla en el baño que ni eso tenía que vas a echarle mano y no hay, preguntas a la de la limpieza y te presta una con buena batalla encima con zurraspas de a saber cuanta gente, por rematar el termostato de la habitación directamente va como y cuando quiere.

Trabajo cara al público ,y la verdad es que me sorprende al dejar las llaves que ni una miserable frase hecha, me acerco a recepción veo una urna transparente:

-Hola , perdona , aquí dejo las llaves?

- Sí , ahí

Ni me ha mirado , parece que le molestaba , pues nada que te den guapa, que por simpática no te han cogido.

La verdad es que es una lástima porque las instalaciones en sí , salvando 4 detalles y un trato minimamente más cercano o profesional, estarían muy muy bien.
