Great welcome on arrival, room lovely and clean, beds comfortable and we had everything in the room that we needed.
Location is good and close to plenty of restaurants, shops and tavernas.
Reception staff a real bonus, very friendly and helpful.

So close to the port and train - easiest stop over ever for someone flying into Athens and heading to the islands the next day.

Location close to ferry boat terminal. Comfortable bed and pillows.
The surrounding area in Piraeus is not the nicest.
Maria on Reception was super helpful and friendly.Plenty of time for each guest too. Felt a genuine warm welcome.

The room was super spacious with lots of storage. Incredible balcony space, great for relaxing and watching the sun set over the harbour.
Loved the tablet,in the room. Large TV too, all mod cons. Excellent!
The location was so convienent to the Metro station for the Port.2 mins walk. 1 hour on the metro line 3 from Athens airport for 9€ made it very easy and great value. Would recommend. Opposite Gate 7 in the Port, about 10 min walk away.
Breakfast choices was probably their weakest area. Also, paying extra for beverages from their machine is disappointing when you have already paid 15€ for breakfast. Weird.
More types of cereal. Nuts, seeds, berries for adding to cereals.
More prepared fresh fruit. The water melon looked old around the edges.
Maybe porridge too.
Maybe some wider choices of bread and rolls too.
Freshly squeezed orange juice would be good rather than cartons from concentrate.
The pastitsio was ok but the skordalia was delicious.

Proximity to our cruise port
(1) Not much activity after 9:30pm by the Ferry area.(2) Some streets have garbage, bottles etc. on certain streets. Ant eyesore in a tourist area
from the moment we even thought about staying there, the communication was excellent, when we where there the staff was amazing, the room is very comfortable and beautiful
the blanket was toooo hot for using it in late august, with the blanket it was hot, without cold, just ask for a thinner blanket
