חדר שינה עם מיטות נוחות.

וגם לרחוב הראשי שמוביל למרכז העיר.

ניתן להשאיר מזוודות בקומה -1 של הבניין. (יש קוד בכניסה לבניין ויש הרבה שטח אחסון)

מכונת כביסה וייבוש משותפת לכלל הדיירים. וגם שואב אבק.

מקרר ומקפיא יחסית קטן.

הדירה לא הייתה מצויידת בחומרי ניקוי ונדרשנו לבקש. וכן אין מטאטא.

המקלחת נוזלת ואף אין מגב.

עובדים לא יודעים אנגלית.
עובד נכנס לחדר בלי לדפוק והעיר את הבת שלי.

באופן כללי התקשורת עם האירוח לא הייתה מאד טובה. ולקח להם זמן להגיב.

Lovely apartment, terrible customer service.
Pros:

Great location. Lovely apartment.

Cons:

No towels and no response from owner/manager despite repeated requests through booking.com app, text messages and phonecall so had to shower first 24 hours with a bathmat and tea towel!. Then responded and said they had been “left on the bed”. They weren’t. Cleaners left them on day 2. Door has a keypad. On the first night we were locked in the room and couldn’t get out for ten minutes. Thought we were going to miss our restaurant reservation!. Then final night we couldn’t get in the room as key pad didn’t work so clearly a problem with the door. Again no response. Eventually realised that the door was unlocked and had been all day so our stuff wasn’t safe. Decided to stay in on the last night as couldn’t risk it. So lovely room but really poor customer service so as long as nothing goes wrong it’s fine. Otherwise it’s a real pain.

Toppenbra läge, fräsch lägenhet.
Pros:

Läget var toppen. Hade varit trevlig om det fanns vatten, vin och nötter när man kommer fram, trött efter resa mm.

Meget flott leilighet med nærhet til Liseberg. Rolig og fint område. Også kort avstand til restauranter. Enkel innsjekk med koder.

Clean and comfortable, good value for money.
Pros:

Unmanned studio hotel rooms with everything you need for a clean, safe and comfortable stay.
The hotel is right next to the Art Museum and within walking distance from bus and tram, or a short walk to the center. Check-in info is received on time and clear instructions are given to enter.

Cons:

The keypads are a bit finicky and door handles need unblocking each time. From a safety perspective it’s s good.
